Slight delay getting an inspection sticker due to a glitch in the computer, but Mark kept me up to date on progress. Overall a good experience. More

Extremely disappointed Bought a brand new vehicle. It was not cleaned when it was picked up. They promised to clean it when I went back for an inspection sticker. Dropped it Bought a brand new vehicle. It was not cleaned when it was picked up. They promised to clean it when I went back for an inspection sticker. Dropped it off at 8am to be cleaned and inspected and I had to call at 430pm asking when it would be done. Inspection bay was out of service for the day and no one called to tell me. A few spots were supposed to buffed out of the exterior and they were not. Looked like it was run through a car wash. Went in to talk to service and after waiting in line was told to step aside and they would deal with me later. After arguing with them for about an hour was finally offered a rental car and was told they would take care of the imperfections on the exterior and inspection sticker. Still haven't heard anything from them 36 hours later. No one at the dealership seems to follow through with promises or requests. More

Food options are nice, just seems like we are a captive audience, already paying for service and now subsidizing the new building. Building, nice. Service, good. John Russo, trusted staff person. Food options, can’t you at least offer complementary coffee/tea/water? The reader board shows prices. Liked the fruit on the table. Liked the options. Miss the courtesy of an offered cup. Maybe when a writer finishes your ticket, (s)he could give a ticket for a beverage? More

I could see the vehicle waiting for 20-30 Min. More

Franco was fantastic. Everything from the new store to the friendly, prompt and reasonably priced service, including the shuttle service was superb.
