Not sure if you have an appointment whether someone ahead of you in line could get serviced first? Received the same good service and worked with a service rep that's been their for years. The new waiting area is clean, comfortable, WiFi ready, charging stations, large screen tv and now have a kitchen. The coffee is still free, but you can purchase other items. This might be my only complaint, there was no signage in the kitchen area. You could see bagels and muffins, no prices. They look like you could order something to be could, but what? I've been to IRA Toyota (its been awhile) and they had signage for items and specialsspecials More
