I spoke to a sales person multiple times and left a deposit. The morning before heading up to Woburn as it was an hour away, I wanted to make sure the truck had a class IV trailer hitch. The sales person Mark told me the truck I was buying had it. Come to find out it didn’t. After trying to resolve the situation they ended up selling the truck to another customer. Needless to say, they did not have the decency to let me know they were selling the truck to another customer. And to this day have not refunded my deposit. Stay clear of this dealership, they are not willing to meet the customers needs. More

They arranged things for having my brand new Toyota's small interior and exterior scratches repaired (discovered upon Joe and Kathy are very helpful! While I am grateful that I was provided a rental car from enterprise while my car was repaired, I was surprised that I had to pay for insurance and gasoline. That is something I would have liked Toyota to take care of as well. More

Nice new building I was impressed with the new building. I think the logistics regarding the service still needs to be worked out. The service staff need to assume that the customer has not seen the new building and does not know where to go when they arrive. Provide more instructions upon greeting customers. It was confusing when I was called and told my vehicle was ready being serviced. I came down to the checkout area but didn’t know who to see. People were just standing around- that was frustrating.
