After I dropped off my car at the service bay, I entered the building, the service department section. There was only one person was taken care of at the moment, and I had been waiting for 15 min to get called. It was for 5K maintenance service, and I waited 2 hrs to get the job done. I hope this was just an odd experience on that day as I have been there a couple of time for other occasions and not waited for this much long. More
