Came for an oil change, came away with a $1300 bill Took almost 4 hrs for the work, also did not check air pressure in tire, or fix a dislodged vent. When I told Franco that the air was not adjusted, he Took almost 4 hrs for the work, also did not check air pressure in tire, or fix a dislodged vent. When I told Franco that the air was not adjusted, he said they did do it but I need to drive for the dash light to turn off. However, I had to come back and adjust it. Not sure if they actually rotated tires either because the low pressure was exactly where it was before I came by. More

My 8th car bought and serviced there I am a regular at woburn , havung bought 8 toyotas at this dealership. Their service department is incredible. Huge waist of time!! While I was out on a test drive a previous customer came in to buy the truck I was looking at. Good place I've been to a ton of dealerships trying to buy a new car. Finally settled on a Toyota. I went to a few local places which did shady tactics. I ended I've been to a ton of dealerships trying to buy a new car. Finally settled on a Toyota. I went to a few local places which did shady tactics. I ended up in Woburn. This dealership is pretty standard where you will need to negotiate for the best price. They won't give it to you up front, but nobody will. However, this place did not pull any shady stuff and was actually cool with me when I began to have cold feet. They were willing to refund my deposit without hassle which is a rarity in dealerships. In billing, I wasn't upsold ridiculous features that I didn't need. I'd recommend giving them a shot. Again, don't be scared to negotiate. More

Reputable Dealer I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKT in Feb of this year. Once I took possession I noticed a different color mirror on passenger door I , called Prince, who I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKT in Feb of this year. Once I took possession I noticed a different color mirror on passenger door I , called Prince, who was my sales contact, and he took the steps needed to order the mirror in the correct color which is back ordered. Then it was discovered that the vehicle had a cracked custom rim and a bent rim which I remedied using my own funds since it was a safety issue. Called Prince again, sent him a copy of my receipt and he made sure that his manager was notified and they are reimbursing me the cost of the rim repairs. In other words when they say they stand behind their cars they mean it as far as I’m concerned and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a guality used car More
