Not sure if they actually rotated tires either because the low pressure was exactly where it was before I came by. More

Reputable Dealer I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKT in Feb of this year. Once I took possession I noticed a different color mirror on passenger door I , called Prince, who I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKT in Feb of this year. Once I took possession I noticed a different color mirror on passenger door I , called Prince, who was my sales contact, and he took the steps needed to order the mirror in the correct color which is back ordered. Then it was discovered that the vehicle had a cracked custom rim and a bent rim which I remedied using my own funds since it was a safety issue. Called Prince again, sent him a copy of my receipt and he made sure that his manager was notified and they are reimbursing me the cost of the rim repairs. In other words when they say they stand behind their cars they mean it as far as I’m concerned and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a guality used car More

Beyond any expectations We all know Toyota’s hold their value but what’s even better is the customer service and sales department that makes you feel comfortable and right at We all know Toyota’s hold their value but what’s even better is the customer service and sales department that makes you feel comfortable and right at home in your decision to purchase, lease and or trade in. I was a bit nervous going in because I was trading in a 2015 Nissan- it was in great condition and blue book value was way less than what they gave me for my car. Kal and JC ended up giving me $1000 more than what my car was worth to help me out reducing my payments monthly so I could walk out of there with a brand new car. One thing I hate about car shopping is the salesmen can be extremely pushy and or get aggravated if you need a bit of time to rethink. I wasn’t pushed In either way or pressured if anything I got told Information about buying and leasing that I didn’t know much about. I would 100% recommended anyone to go see the deals they have at Toyota in Woburn, MA and I’d make sure you go through Kal and JC because I’m beyond grateful that I did. Also to top it off I went to Jesus in the finance department and I was in a bit of a rush as I had to get back to work and be was extremely helpful in making sure I was understanding what I was signing all in a timely manner so I could leave ASAP.
