When I started looking at new cars I was interested in the Rav4 and I went to the Toyota dealer in my town, Tewksbury, and had an awful experience which almost set me off of Toyota completely. I drive past Woburn Toyota fairly regularly and thought I would try it out there so I emailed in asking for a quote. Joe Witt got back to me very quickly and gave me a really appealing quote on the car. When I went in to look at the 2009 Rav4 he showed me everything the car offers, told me all about the safety features and everything else that it had to offer. I decided on the car that day because Joe was so helpful an nice. The day I went to pick up my car Joe wasn't in but Mike Mottolo was awesome. He showed me where everything was, like the windshield wipes and all that good stuff and how to use the radio and wouldn't let me off the lot until I understood everything. It was just an amazing experience overall. It made buying the car fun! More
I went to this dealership to look at used and new trucks. The first salesman I spoke with could barely speak english and I had a very hard time trying to understand him. Not an enjoyable process when trying to go over many minute details about a car. I went and test drove a truck and when I returned the salesman was busy with other people. The next man that offered to help had no interest in dealing with me b/c it was not going to be his sale. Not an orderly process. I test drove another car (alone again) and when I returned with many questions neither salesman was to be found. So i turned around and left and headed to Ira toyota where I purchased a new truck that same day. Guess what gender I am? More
I bought a new Toyota Corolla 2008 in 2007. I shoped around and Moo gave me a really good deal. The financing was a little bit high but I got a better one from outside. I recently purchased my third vehicle from this dealership. The sales staff is lowed keyed, and the prices are competitive. The main reason why I go back is the service staff. Work is done on time, and they make recommendations for service without pressure. They try save you money via coupons or any other means. The few problems I've had with my vehicles have been resolved quickly and without hany hassle. Price is important, but being treated with care and respect is more valuable. I have and I will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

We bought a Toyota Avalon and are very happy with the whole experience. I would strongly recommend, to anyone considering purchasing a Toyota or having service done on a Toyota they currently own, to avail themselves to the highly competent and courteous Staff/Team Membe purchasing a Toyota or having service done on a Toyota they currently own, to avail themselves to the highly competent and courteous Staff/Team Members at this well managed dealership located just off of Rt. 128/95 and Washington Street in Woburn. I have purchased two Tundra pick up trucks from them over the past 6 years and have been completely satisfied with the treatment I received from all of their sales staff. More importantly, I have had all my service done by the Service Staff of Woburn Toyota over the past 6 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with all of the service experiences I have had with the Team Members. On November 11, 2008, I had the 60K scheduled service done on my 2004 Tundra along with front brakes and a complete detailing. The truck looks cleaner than I have ever had it and runs super. The service members I had the pleasure of doing business with for this work were: John Pope & Bill Rich I would also like to extend kudos to both of the gentlemen who drove me home on the morning of 11-10-08 and back to the dealership on the morning of 11-11-08. They each contributed greatly to the pleasure of doing business with Woburn Toyota. Although I do not remember both of their names, Bob was the driver who went above and beyond his responsibility of getting me to Woburn Toyota to pick up my vehicle by turning back so I could retrieve some papers I had left behind in my rush to get to the dealership.
