Rob Giacalone is fantastic. After several attempts to purchase a new 2010 Prius II at other dealerships in MA and NH, my experiences had been terrible. Obviously, with the "clunker" program my sale was n purchase a new 2010 Prius II at other dealerships in MA and NH, my experiences had been terrible. Obviously, with the "clunker" program my sale was not standard, but the illegal way in which one dealership attempted to handle my business had me very perturbed to the whole car buying experience. Then my wife called Woburn Toyota and we were extremely fortunate to get Rob. He not only tracked down the car we were looking for (still on the cargo ship it came on), but he found it in one of the colors we wanted from the beginning. After that he was very fair with the pricing. I asked for a few hundred bucks to be shaved off the price and he was able to oblige. I asked about "scrap value for the clunker" and he was unsure and told me no, but then he consulted his resources on the matter and called me back immediately to let me know that he had previously told me incorrect information and corrected them in my favor. I ask, how many other sales guys do you know who would not only call you back to admit to their own mistake, but correct the mistake and provide you the benefit, I would say one in a few hundred thousand. When we arrived at the dealership to transact the business and explain our clunker experience to this point Rob was extraordinarily helpful. You got a sense that while the sale was important to him, having listened to our story about the previous poor service, he wanted to make sure that he provided us with a better experience. In fact all of the people we spoke to at the dealership were helpful from the Sales Managers to the Finance guys. Even now while we wait for the car to come in, and the clunker deal to unravel, he is in regular communication with us, updating us about the VIN #, our clunker status, and he is is even carrying our banner to the finance guys about our Credit App and all during an EXTREMELY busy sales cycle as the clunker program "winds down". So although our deal is completely contingent on the clunker program and our sale is not complete, I can honestly say that even if our sale doesn't go through I will not be disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Rob Giacalone and the rest of the group at Woburn Toyota. Very helpful always quick to respond when called or emailed I had a lot of questions and he answered everyone to my satisfaction. He has such a calm way about him friendly with a sense of humor that puts the customer at ease patient helpful and I needed that, I would recommend him to anyone and will, I feel that I have a friend now and will be back again. I am in a customer service job myself and I know he is an asset to Woburn Toyota. I hope he is there for a very long time making others as happy as I am. Ann C More

I went to this dealership on Friday, July 17. After looking around the lot, I went into the showroom and walked around a couple of times. Not a single person acknowledged that I was there. Received a very prompt and agreeable quote from Robert after selecting my options on the Toyota website. Robert is well reviewed on this site, and for the first few e-mails, he answered our questions qui after selecting my options on the Toyota website. However, at the end of the month, I stopped getting replies to my e-mails and he hasn't returned any calls or pages since. Very disappointing! I have to question the validity of all the previous glowing reports on Robert. Unless some family emergency has suddenly hit, the impression I have is he was trying to make a quick sell at the end of the month, and when my wife and I delayed to do some more research and compare prices, he didn't want to deal with us any further. More
