Some years ago, Robert Fahey helped me with lease and further purchase of Toyota Matrix. I was highly pleased to do business with him because of his great distinction from many car salesmen who I previou further purchase of Toyota Matrix. When I recently decided to buy a new mid-size car, I did not have a preference among Honda, Subaru, and Toyota. I immediately selected the later after I knew that Robert was still working for Woburn Toyota, and I was not disappointed with this. Our negotiation process with Robert was very straightforward and simple. I received the best expected price for Camry 2010 and trade-in value for Camry 98. He clearly explained me the different financing options with exact numbers. Robert Fahey acts as a very friendly and highly knowledgeable advisor, not as a regular salesperson. I dropped off my car to have a front lightbulb replaced. I was told via phone about an hour later that the whole headlight assembly needed to be replaced because it was broken. I told them I couldn't afford the $400 plus at this time and would have to come back after Thanksgiviing. When I returned to pick up my car they had damaged the front lens of the unit and part of the hood where it meets the assembly. No wonder they told me I needed the entire assembly replaced! They shattered the lens in pieces. When my co-worker took me back (who had originally dropped me off) saw this with me he couldn't believe that not only did they vandalize my car but wouldn't admit to it. They swore that I brought it in like that! Needless to say I called the Woburn police immediately and had them come to the dealer where I filed a police report. We'll see what happens next... In the meantime I strongly suggest to all who read this...DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! I'll write back again after I see what will become of this.... More
