Although my vehicle was on order longer than anticipated, CJ and Rick kept me well informed on the status the entire time. When it finally arrived, they had it ready for me within hours of its arrival. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in no time. We are extremely happy with the vehicle and very impressed with Woburn Toyata’s Professionalism! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who who’s looking for a new vehicle! More

I worked with Kal, who was great - he listened to what I was looking for, didn't try to pressure or upsell me, and seemed as happy as I was when I found the right car. When I went to pick the car up, there was a small problem with the inspection (totally out of Woburn Toyota's control) which necessitated me bringing the car back for service. The staff I worked with - Kal, Bobby, Brian, and Scott - were extremely helpful, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Woburn Toyota! More
Quick and easy along with great service We came to Woburn Toyota knowing which make and model we wanted (Highlander). My wife and I were met by Kal and he did listened to what we were after and helped facilitate a quick review of the model and helped highlight all of the various features available. We did not make a decision our first visit, and were not pressured to do so, but rather encouraged to see other options and come back. After doing some shopping at other companies, we came back to a Toyota and purchased our car. It was a great experience and took a lot of the gear out of buying a new car. Will definitely start here for any other vehicle needs for myself or my family in the future. More

This is a delayed review about a purchase right before last Thanksgiving and a complain for never receiving the promise-to-arrive-in-a-couple-of-days This is a delayed review about a purchase right before last Thanksgiving and a complain for never receiving the promise-to-arrive-in-a-couple-of-days refund check for a car inspection. When our old 4Runner made suspicious sound and alerted us time for a replacement, I took some time to input some information online and looked for a deal. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from Woburn Toyota providing us an appointment at 3:00pm. Honestly, we were not ready to act so quickly. But, why not? The old 4Runner and our other car both were from Woburn Toyota. We thought we were experienced customers I weighted and believed I could pick my son at 6pm in Boston as I had promised. Unfortunately, we left Woburn Toyota barely before 7pm with empty stomachs and dried lips, while our 14-year-old had to find a place to stay in the city during that time. I could not remember how many times I complained to Sydney for long waiting after long waiting and told him my boy was waiting for us. Every time, he said:"I am very sorry. I am waiting for some response from someone, I promise I will push the process and get you out of here by what time." All of his promises broke. The only part we could see professionalism and efficiency was the 30 minutes or so we spent with the Financial Officer. He recommended a service package,, answered our questions, went through the documents, collected the signatures and chatted with us. He was shocked to know we had spent about 3.5 hours in the building that afternoon with about 20 minutes inspecting 3 4Runners and no test driving: "What have you been doing here?" Since we did trade-in and kept our old plate, Sydney suggested us not waiting for on site Inspection. On Nov. 26, I sent him copies of my receipt by text message as instruction. He replied saying he had passed it to Accounts department. On 12/12 and 1/3, I texted him twice for not receiving the refund. No response. On 1/4, I went for our other car's maintenance and talked with a lady at information desk. She used my phone to send the copy of receipt to her email and said the check should be sent out in mail the next day. I just realized it had been 4 months since then.. No check arrived in mail. Now you have a nice and modern building, expanded team of sale person. The old sales representatives we bought last two cars from no longer work directly with buyers. I miss your old cramped building. More

Great service as always Had a recall on Takata airbags . One call had me in and out in roughly 90 minutes with replacement and two new cabin filters at a reasonable price.
