It was raining out and there are multiple buildings on the property for various services. The man at the front gate directed me where to park. Another man directed me to the used car service entrance. Both did so in a friendly and helpful manner. Rick Mawn was my primary express service advisor, although both service providers who assisted me were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Rick was friendly and patient when I did not have details of my vehicle, such as mileage and other details. My young daughter was also with me and once my car was registered for service I was directed to the coffee station and another service provider offered a donut for my daughter. The waiting room was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and we felt welcomed while we waited. The service to my vehicle was timely and I was provided with suggestions that were not determined to be urgent, although the details were explained to me so that I may prepare for the timing and budget of future service. I appreciated the feedback I received on my vehicle and I did not feel as though I was being coerced to purchase more service than necessary. I went in because my driver's side headlight was out, and my wireless key ran out of batteries. I brought my car in on 3/05/10 for an oil change and new tires. It was after 4pm John explained to me that it was going to take over 3 hours for the service. He gave me a loaners car without a problem and as soon as my car ready he game me a call. I recomend this dealer to everyone and anyone. I bought my car in March of 2006 and I'm going back next year for a new one. Thanks to John for all his help. More
I was in there for an oil change, John was very welcoming and informed me of the wait time since I was going to do the Quick Lube service. The wait was perfect - no complaints! The only thing I noticed was that over the course of communicating to me (or updating me), the phrase Mr. (My last name) was used too much. It just sounds a little too aggressive in dealing with customers for car service. John Russo was very friendly and adequate in helping me find the best solutions to my problems. He educated me on different products and what the difference it would make on my car if I was to put A,B, or C into it. He's work ethics as far as what I've seen is superb. Overall, my experience at the Woburn Toyota service department has been positive. I've been there for oil changes, tire rotations, and snow tire installation/removal, and the quality of the work is g department has been positive. However, be prepared for long waits (1-2 hrs) for relatively simple service because the express service center does not schedule appointments. More

When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I did a lot of research and decided on a 2010 Toyota Highlander. It was suggested by a friend that I request a price quote over the internet, which I did. I sent the request to a number of dealers in the area, including a couple that are known for high pressure sales techniques. The quote I received from Robert Fahey at Woburn Toyota was excellent and was better than the rest of the dealers I contacted. Through emails, Robert provided answers to additional questions that I had about the Highlander. Robert also provided a detailed schedule of when he would be available for us to sit down with him. When we met Robert and took the test drive, what impressed me the most was there was no high pressure and game playing that we have experienced over the years of purchasing new cars at other dealerships. It was a welcome relief that the price stated in the internet quote was firm with no surprises. Needless to say, we made the decision to purchase the vehicle from Woburn Toyota. When we took delivery, the vehicle was ready when promised and Robert took as much time as needed to go over the operation and features of our new Highlander. More
