Based on a recommendation of having the drive belt replaced, I went back 2 weeks later to get the job done. I bought my car a year ago in May. I have had to call them on a couple of things about the car I was unsure of, I have now had 2 oil changes at the same dealer & was there for the recall as well. Every time I go there, I have had a different person to deal with. Every time, they are courteus, helpful & answer all of the questions I seem to come up with. Today when I went in I had made an appt. for the oil change. I went in waited in line, & was then told I had to go to a different place because it would be faster. I went there & had to wait in another longer line which I wasn't very happy about. But when I got to the front of the line,which did not take long at all, John was too happy to explain & was so nice about it I forgot all about it. Again I asked a lot of questins & he answered them as if I were the only one there. Helpful, happy & understanding. That is why I gave them such a high rating. More
Service prices are very reasonable. Repair requirements and wait times are always clearly explained. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Waiting area has WiFi so that I can continue to work. Coffee, tea and water are available at no cost to customer. Large screen HDTV, magazines and newspapers are available for customer use as well. Waiting area is clean, well-lighted and climate controlled. Hours for service are excellent and permit me to have vehicle serviced on weekend. More

Received useful information with the tire rotation service (e.g., front brakes will need service in a few more months, and the tires are wearing fairly evenly). The service advisor was polite and professional. The Sienna was ready in just over an hour, as promised. The service invoice is designed with "Green, Yellow and Red" coded blocks to let the customer know the condition of each vehicle system (e.g., brakes, hoses and belts, etc.). Nice touches include a counter area in the waiting room where other customers were busy using their personal laptop computers. (Not sure whether WiFi internet access was available.) Overall, a very good service experience. More
I brought my car in unexpectedly because I had a minor accident with my car during a snow storm, and slid into the curb, losing my hubcap. Just read the Monthly Woburn Toyota Newsletter and would like to comment on one of their employees, Scott Anderson, who has worked in the Service Department for several years (not certain if he is a manager like to comment on one of their employees, Scott Anderson, who has worked in the Service Department for several years (not certain if he is a manager or ?)… Every time I’ve visited the Service Department, I usually interact w/ him and have to report what an excellent job he does! He’s courteous…has an easygoing, friendly (yet professional) manner…gets the job done and/or alerts me if there’s any potential problems…answers my questions…and makes helpful suggestions or responses regarding the overall servicing of my car. I recognize that this is his ‘job’, but he does it very well. I, too, work in the ‘client service’ area and, like many others, am aware of the unfortunate decline in American service/treatment of customers. Thus, when I receive good service, I’m happy to comment on it…and hope Woburn Toyota appreciates this good employee/manager in their Service Department! More
I rate Woburn Toyota (I think the whole name is Woburn Foreign Motors) in the highest possible way because of the many times I go there to maintain my 2 Toyotas, they are superb. They keep very good hours making it convenient. I can make an appointment on their website which very good for me. They are always very friendly, and they remember who I am and just do a great job every time. When waiting for a my car, they offer comfortable waiting area, TV, coffee and tea, and a computer work area for us customers. More
