I need 4 tires. When I called Rick Mann gave me a quote that was competitive. It was a Sat. and I could get in that day. He asked if I had any coupons. During the time my car was there, he called with an update and a few small things (inspection sticker one of them) and was able to get them done, thus saving me time to later do these items which I had not noticed. After the service, Rick called later to let me know he had found out there was an extra rebate if 4 Bridgestone tires were bought and If I could come by and sign the form, he would get that started. The fact that he discovered this after the fact and did indeed call me was most appreciative. I bought my car in 2007 and I have had all positive experiences from the salesman Mo to the service representatives that work with me each time I go in. More

The people are very nice, friendly and, as far as I can tell, honest (I know. Shocking!). They have never tried to sell me an expensive repair or offer me things I don't need.
