My experience with Woburn Toyota in MA was one of the most stress free moments I've ever had, and I feel that says a lot, because it was about purchasing a new vehicle! First off, Toyota has a great website that allows you to submit an inquiry into what type of vehicle you are looking for. After I submitted my information, I was contacted within the hour by Robert Fahey of my local Toyota dealership, and we set out to meet the next day. Toyota of Woburn, MA also was the ONLY dealership within a reasonable distance of my home that had cars available on the lot that met my specifications. The next day I met with Robert, who was a most down to earth friendly person, and after driving a new Corolla, we executed a nearly flawless sale, and I drove away with a new vehicle in only a short period of time! I need 4 tires. When I called Rick Mann gave me a quote that was competitive. It was a Sat. and I could get in that day. He asked if I had any coupons. During the time my car was there, he called with an update and a few small things (inspection sticker one of them) and was able to get them done, thus saving me time to later do these items which I had not noticed. After the service, Rick called later to let me know he had found out there was an extra rebate if 4 Bridgestone tires were bought and If I could come by and sign the form, he would get that started. The fact that he discovered this after the fact and did indeed call me was most appreciative. I bought my car in 2007 and I have had all positive experiences from the salesman Mo to the service representatives that work with me each time I go in. More
I have worked with robert fahey for over 10 years and have never had a badexperience Also dealing with the finance dept was a good expereince. Robert is alway prompt friendly . The people are very nice, friendly and, as far as I can tell, honest (I know. Shocking!). They have never tried to sell me an expensive repair or offer me things I don't need. They have fixed every problem I've come in with in a timely manner and have honored discounts, even when I've forgotten the coupon at home. However, they are still dealer prices, so repairs can be a little steep. The express service department has reasonable prices and is also great service. More

Service is prompt, and the quality of work is very good! One of the biggest reasons I go here to get my car serviced for my mileage checkups is because I do not have to make an appointment.
