John Russo coordinated my Express Lube service in a very professional manner. The job was completed in a short time and the vehicle was parked in a safe location. I took my Rav4 in for an oil change (the 'no appointment needed' policy was most helpful!) and John Russo helped me both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. Sure, there was a small wait time when I dropped it off, but once I got to the counter, John was very efficient—while still being friendly—despite the crazy-busy vibe in the office. He also mentioned the 'text' program they are now using and I absolutely love that idea and it made for a very easy pick up! (I do wonder if I'll get hit with tons of 'spam-texts' but I can always opt out of the service.) Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and very affordable—with my handy coupon I got in the mail! I will most definitely continue to service my Rav there and hope to deal with John at future visits. More

Knowing I can be in and out within 45-60 minutes for oil changes is a great comfort. More
