I went in for oil change on Thursday morning and noticed a drip on Friday. I returned to the dealer on Friday and John Russo took me right in and had the service men check for any leaks. I thought that may have been the issue but I was glad John didn't just try to explain that to me without looking first. I appreciate the prompt attention to this matter. More

Since this was my first car purchase, I was a little nervous about dealing with your "typical" salesman, and in no way does Rob fit that bill. He was so relaxed, didn't pressure me in any way and made me feel very comfortable in a situation that I expected to be uncomfortable in. I needed my thirty thousand mile scheduled service on my 2007 Prius so I decided to go on a Saturday thinking it was no big deal. After I submitted my information, I was contacted within the hour by Robert Fahey of my local Toyota dealership, and we set out to meet the next day. Toyota of Woburn, MA also was the ONLY dealership within a reasonable distance of my home that had cars available on the lot that met my specifications. The next day I met with Robert, who was a most down to earth friendly person, and after driving a new Corolla, we executed a nearly flawless sale, and I drove away with a new vehicle in only a short period of time!
