I tried to try call myself and set up a 3way call between myself and my sales associate Ken ( who was more than helpful throughout a bad experience) we quickly found that the title was not in NH but Mass ( lack of organization at its finest) where Ken was able to fix the problem. When I expressed my lack of satisfaction with a sales manager his quote was "Would you like to cancel the deal?" in other words, you can leave and we will just find someone else to sell this car to, as we at Woburn Toyota could care less about dealing with you. Lastly, IMO any car that is certified should come with two keys (even though "its only a silver certification which has been the only answer I've received a few times) More
Excellent experience buying my new Toyota Venza. I worked with Viviani Floes and Jason Wright and they both did a great job of helping me through the entire process. I worked with Viviani Floes and Jason Wright and they both did a great job of helping me through the entire process. More

They had the most competitive price and were easy and polite to negotiate with. The sales associate I negotiated with (William) and bought the car from was knowledgeable, reliable and nice. He kept me up polite to negotiate with. The sales associate I negotiated with (William) and bought the car from was knowledgeable, reliable and nice. He kept me updated while the car was in transit and was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, as soon as I paid for the car things changed and I had problems with almost everyone else I worked with following that point. My original salesperson (correctly and considerately) warned me that when I went in to pay and pick up the car it could take a few hours, which was fine with me. I appreciated them getting everything done same day, and I brought my computer and a book to pass the time. Sadly, it took six and a half hours, due to carelessness on other associate's part. They never faxed my car information to my insurance, instead, they sent it to my insurance's phone number. They also didn't call my insurance to get everything moving and sorted in a timely manner, after they specifically told me multiple times that they would be doing that. I strongly believe I only was able to take my car home after the six and half hours because I spent a significant amount of time sorting out the mistakes they made myself. These were small careless mistakes that made the process take double the time it would have. They did not apologize for them. Overall, they seemed to lack empathy. Their prices are competitive, and the sales associate I worked with prior to actually handing over the money was great. But the experience afterwards was horrible, and I saw many other people waiting their for hours upon hours. More

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional dealership. I waited 3 hours for an oil change to be done. I was responsible for communicating with my service rep the entire time. I was given a number to call for any questions, and was told he was “busy” by someone else and he would call me back. He never called back but I watched him go to the cafe that upstairs in the waiting area multiple times. I waited a bit, met with him downstairs and asked for an update. I was told they had only worked on my car for 15 min even though I was there for an hour and half waiting. He told me it would be another 30-40 min. After 40 min, I went downstairs and waited another 10 minutes to be told they are just putting the oil in now. Fast forward another 30 min and it was finally done. The check out process was silent. I was patiently waiting and never got a “sorry for the wait” or anything of that nature. I might as well have been speaking to a robot. On my way out, I gave my ticket to the guys in red and my car was blocked in. They had a customer move their car but as I’m switching lanes two more customers fly by and block me in. Instead of asking them to move, no one helped me. I had to wait for an opening and speed out of there. Please bring your service elsewhere More
