I dealt with Robert Fahey. I was in the market for a new Corolla. I had just had a horrible experience at a larger Toyota dealership north of Boston where the too young, too aggressive salesman caused new Corolla. He calmly told me what I could get the car for, we negotiated a little, and we made the deal-no fussing, no fooling. I got a better deal than at the other dealership, and Robert truly seemed interested and appreciative of my business. I intend to return to the dealership for service and will pass along other buyers to Robert when I can. More
All aspects of my visit were handled on a timely, friendly and professional manner. I found out about the dealer from internet, dealt with Robert Fahey from day 1. Usually the finance dept of a car dealer is the money pit of car buyers but I was surprised to see with this dealer that they don't try to squeeze every dollar or try make a killing. I felt they try to help out as much as possible for me to have the best deal on the car and walk out a winner. Trust me, I will return to them for my other car. More

He gave us a great price without the "wheel'n and deal'n" and "mumbo jumbo" that always occurs when negotiating a price. I have always felt buying a car was the worst buying experienceI ever had until this weekend at Woburn Toyota. I will never buy or lease another car anywhere else, and would refer Woburn Toyota to anyone with confidence that they too will have a feeling of being in good hands...and I would refer anyone I know to lease or purchase a car directly from Robert Fahey-he is excellent! When it comes to car financing Peter McCormick made us feel very comfortable. We took a lot of his time, but he never made us feel we were taking too much time. The great experience with Woburn Toyota starts when you enter the service area. It is always spotless. If you decide to wait on-site for the work to be completed they have television and free WiFi, as well enter the service area. It is always spotless. When a company puts in that kind of effort to make their customers comfortable, it speaks well of the overall approach to customer service. The service technicians are polite and friendly. On my latest trip there I worked with Michael Gilgun. I told him I had problems with my windshield washer assembly and also needed an oil change. He got back to me within an hour with some strange news. Apparently mice had eaten through my windshield washer hoses and air filters. He explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why, and also suggested I use the higher grade motor oil for the oil change to help extend the life of my vehicle (I have a tendency to wait too long between changes). They also did a basic check of all the major components and provided a printout. Mike showed me where to find some money saving coupons online that reduced the overall bill by about 10%. The thing that impressed me most about this service call and all my past experiences there is the staff at Woburn Toyota have never suggested something I don't need. This has not always been the case at other dealers. I honestly feel I can trust these folks to do what is in my best interest, not theirs. A lesson learned to other dealers: a happy customer is a repeat customer. I recommend Woburn Toyota to all my family and friends. More

He also alerted us to the fact that a brake inspection indicated wear enough to warrant rear brake service before our next oil change; he also provided an estimate of its cost. I came in for an oil change and state inspection but knew I needed to have recall work on my car. They had some time available to do everything that day, but since it was going to take about 4 hours to get I needed to have recall work on my car. The communication from John was very good. The wait was going to be very long but then they checked and were able to get my car in right away. They then helped me out by letting me know my Inspection Stic going to be very long but then they checked and were able to get my car in right away. They then helped me out by letting me know my Inspection Sticker was overdue and since that was going to be another 45 minutes they gave me a ride to my office, which really helped me out. They also scheduled a pick up and the ride was exactly on time. The overall experience was very good. More
