Woburn Toyota has very friendly service advisors that are helpful and do not talk down to you. I have never had any issues with the quality of their service work. I came in for the regular 65,000 mile service. Brake and water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. I have come to trust the service department when they spot things because extra work is not something that water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. This extra work meant the car would be tied up longer; John Russo made it very easy for me to get a loaner so I could keep some appointments in Boston. He also waived the cost of the water pump (due to warranty questions). Clearly the culture in the service department is geared toward friendliness, cooperation and a thorough knowledge of the automobiles. I didn't mind spending the money because the car I left with is safer and the experience was made as painless as possible. More

The service men at Woburn Toyota are totally friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. I went in for an oil change with a coupon that gave me a great price. Then...my two year old had "hid" my cell approachable, and easy to deal with. I went in for an oil change with a coupon that gave me a great price. Pete didn't hesitate to jump in and deal with my insurance company when they hadn't sent over the insurance certificate to release the plates. it was near the end of the day and he was able to get it done for me, even though it was the insurance company's fault.
