Great service was provided with a walk in tire repair. I have better things to do than spend time coming up with 250 wirds to say that the service was great. I have dealt with this dealership twice - first time I leased a Toyota Sienna 5 years ago, and then bought a new Matrix just 2 weeks ago. Both times I dealt with Robert Fahey - he was very helpful and pat leased a Toyota Sienna 5 years ago, and then bought a new Matrix just 2 weeks ago. Both times I dealt with Robert Fahey - he was very helpful and patient. I had lots of questions, and he was eager to spend time answering them, let me test drive and get the feel for all the cars I wanted. I didn't even know much about Matrix when I came to get my second car, and was thinking of a Corolla, but didn't really like it when I test drove it. Matrix was exactly what I was looking for. Robert was never pushy, and was actually helping me weigh in all pros and cons of my choices, he never tried to "upsell" me on additional features, and after test drive was answering additional questions over email - very promptly and patiently! Had the experience been different, I could have "settled" for a car I didn't feel for. But thanks to Robert, I now have a new car now which I absolutely love! More

I talked to Mr.Fahey a couple of times before I even visited the dealership. He sounded calm and ready to help, but what actually won me was his knowledge and precision with which he gave me the accurat visited the dealership. I had the opportunity to discuss my new Corolla with Robert Fahey first online. By the time I had met him in person, he had answered all of my questions via email, found the exact model of car that I wanted (color and all), and queued up the paperwork in advance of my arrival in the dealership. When I arrived, I found all of the paperwork to be in order, my car exactly as described, and all details worked out for me. I spent a total of one hour on site and drove off with my new car. Mr. Fahey went over all of the options on the newer Corolla (my last one was a 2007), and we left completely satisfied. I couldn't have fantasized about an easier and more satisfying experience purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Fahey. More
I took my minivan in for an oil change (free upon the 5th change) and it was completed as estimated within one hour. A courtesy inspection suggested a tire rotation and new rear wiper blade insert, both of w change) and it was completed as estimated within one hour.
