I don't like sitting and waiting and their waiting room is as comfortable as it can be. Personnel are helpful and friendly. Dropped off my car for service. I was informed that service coupons were needed since I had pre-paid maintenace. I said that I had never received any in the mail. Brought my Toyota in late Sunday Afternoon (Superbowl Sunday) to Woburn Foreign Motors with a noise in the braking system. John Russo explained the problem with the braking system and explained they needed to order parts (caliphers) necessary to repair the entire problem. Since the car was deemed unsafe to drive at that time, John arranged a free loaner car from the dealership so we could get home. The next day John called saying the parts were replaced and after test driving the car, it was now ready to be picked up. Drove the car for awhile and the brakes now work perfectly. Overall experience was great: Excellent service, work done properly and explained fully by friendly and courteous salespersons. More

I originally took the car in for an oil change and inspection sticker. The staff was very busy (Christmas vacation week), but very professional and pleasant. Then I received a call that my Corolla h inspection sticker. The staff was very busy (Christmas vacation week), but very professional and pleasant. Then I received a call that my Corolla had not passed inspection because I needed new tires and brakes (not great news, but not really unexpected either!). They called back several hours later to say it was ready. We were surprosed that it took such a short time. My husband and I went to a restaurant and looked over the paperwork when we noticed that there was a notation about the serpentine belt being "severely cracked", but it had not been fixed. After supper we went back to Toyota where we then explained the problem to John Russo. He went out to the car, checked it and said that it would probably be OK until the next oil change, but if I felt uncomfortable with that they would replace it right then - 7:00 pm! We went to a local store, came back 20 minutes later and it was all set. John was extremely pleasant and professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I would definitely recommend the Toyota Scion Dealership in Woburn, MA. More
I had looked at many dealerships and decided, based upon a number of reasons including the ratings on this website, to check out Woburn Toyota. I walked around the lot for about 10 minutes to check out what a number of reasons including the ratings on this website, to check out Woburn Toyota. I walked around the lot for about 10 minutes to check out what was available for new Highlanders. I walked into the dealership and was referred to Mo. From the moment I met Mo, I could tell he was down-to-earth and was truly interested in making sure I left happy - with or without a purchase. I explained that I was interested in a Highlander LE. He took a picture of my license and gave me a set of keys for one that was on the lot. It was the same color and style I wanted. Brought my wife and kids with me on the test drive and had my wife test drive it back to the dealer. Everyone gave it the thumbs up. When I went back into the dealership, Mo asked me how I liked it. I said the only thing that was missing was a DVD entertainment unit. He talked to me about it and we decided he would try to source the vehicle with the DVD unit from another dealer. He came back about 10 minutes later and said the manager was working on a couple of them to arrive in a day or two. We went through the paperwork and here I sit, waiting for a couple of days for the vehicle to come in. Overall, the experience was a great one. I received a very fair price for my trade-in and am very happy with the price of the new Highlander. Will write more if things change, but I envision I will be satisfactorily picking up my car either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Great dealer and great salesperson. Would highly recommend Mo and the Woburn Toyota team for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
