I bought a 2011 Tacoma from this dealer in March. I built a unit online and asked fro a quote. The salesman was very prompt in getting back to me. His email included his price along with a list of what was i a unit online and asked fro a quote. The salesman was very prompt in getting back to me. His email included his price along with a list of what was included and what wasn't. This was nice and avoided the usual "Oh by the way" conversation at signing. The salesman even came in after his shift when I took delivery just to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I would reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Toyota on the North Shore of Massachusetts. More
I went to the dealership not only for a regular service but because, on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, when I turned my car on, it sounded like someone started a lawn mower or I suddenly had dual exhaust! I bro but because, on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, when I turned my car on, it sounded like someone started a lawn mower or I suddenly had dual exhaust! I brought my car in right away to the Express Service. Rick Mawn was there to greet me and he even remembered who I was and what car I drive!! He was terrific! I had to wait for the service but the waiting area was clean, there were beverage options and the television was on. A short while later, Rick called me to the counter for an update...BAD NEWS...my catalytic converter was gone...that would cost around $1200!!! BUT, as luck would have it, this particular part was still covered under warranty! Phew! Unfortunately, Rick had to order the part. He was very apologetic. He told me he would call me as soon as the part came in but he anticipated that it would be in the next day. He called the next day to tell me that the part was not in. Again, he was very apologetic. I was extremely happy with the attention he was giving my car. On Sunday, the part was in. I told Rick that I might not be able to get there to drop off the car and asked if there was a drop box for the keys. He said yes, but that worst case scenario, he would COME BACK to get them! Now THAT is customer service--someone willing to come back on his own time! Unfortunately, later in the day, I received another call from Rick...a wrinkle in the plan...the muffler needed to be replaced. Rick apologized again, especially for not having known about the muffler the day I brought the car in. He also needed to order the part and unfortunately, there was no warranty. So I planned that I would not have my car until tomorrow. But the parts department was "pro-active," Rick said, so they were able to get my part and get my car done today! Rick was there when I picked up my car and apologized one more time! Of course, none of this was in his control, but he provided me with the utmost cosideration and the most excellent customer service! This is why, even though I bought my car at a different dealership, I ALWAYS bring my car to Woburn. I hope that Rick is recognized for his dedication and superior work ethic and perhaps has an opportunity to read this evaluation. Thank you, Rick. Sincerely, Kim Donahue More

I am always greeted with a smile. They even remember my name and say "Hi, Miss XXXX" when I enter. They keep me posted on the work being done, what they suggest, and the time it will take. My wife and I need a new car and we would like a Camry. I've done my research, came up with good prices and offers. The sales guy, , pulled up a certified Camry and said, "I have good news! It looks like I've done my research, came up with good prices and offers. The sales guy, , pulled up a certified Camry and said, "I have good news! It looks like they re-stickered it this morning!" The price was just about $1,000 less than the web site said. He said, "Oh, yeah, they probably just haven't updated the site yet." I then pop open the hood and see oil blotches on the valve cover. This is a CERTIFIED vehicle. I said, "Uh, what's up with that?" He said, "Oh, if it was a valve cover gasket the whole thing would be covered in oil." Uh, no, it wouldn't be. Moving on down to the brakes I noticed some scoring on one of the rotors. I said, "Needs new brakes and rotors." He said, "No, it's probably just from sitting around for a while. See? That one has it, too!" Do you KNOW what scoring is? Moving to check the rest of the car it was FILTHY. He said, "Yeah, they just haven't had it detailed yet." Fine, then don't show me a dirty car that's been sitting on your lot for over a month! I got fed up and left. Now, I have a 2002 Prius I bought brand new in Wellesley. I no longer go there after being yelled at by the service manager for using their shuttle to go 10 miles after the initial salesman said it was fine. Forget them! So living in this area I've always gone to Woburn Toyota mostly for the Express Service Center. NOT express at all! Always quoted an hour to do an oil change even when I was the only person there at 6:30 in the morning. What they do is go through everything and try to upsell you more stuff you don't need. Why would I want to replace the whole front suspension when all I need is a new strut mount? I'm no longer going here for that. After the last oil change I went back to look on the re-stickered Camry. Sticker was GONE! Literally, there was no price sticker in the window. Same car, too, because I confirmed the VIN. Went to work a few minutes later, checked their website, and the price was STILL the original one that was on the site of $15,990. Fast forward one week. My wife and I were out and we drove by so I could show her. We pull up to the car and it was re-stickered AGAIN but now it's $15,300. I don't mind if you'll offer me a price break but don't LIE and say, "Oh, THEY re-stickered it!" No buddy, YOU did. So just come clean. Also, be upfront and say you have NO idea how a car works and what the maintenance on them is like. Shady tactics. Don't lie!!! That's all I wanted. If you could have lowered the price for me that's awesome! JUST TELL ME THAT!!! Now you've lost a devoted customer for good and I'm telling everyone I know NOT to go to Woburn Toyota. GOOD-BYE!!! I have purchased three Toyotas from Robert Fahey and will be back in a few years for another one. He is the easiest and friendliest sales person I have ever worked with. Best price and best service. I am someone who dislikes the whole car buying experience, but that's changed now that I've met Robert. I had solicited quotes from several other dealers via email and Robert's response was the mo experience, but that's changed now that I've met Robert. I had solicited quotes from several other dealers via email and Robert's response was the most impressive. In it he included not only a quote but FAQs, his schedule and a glossary. I knew right away that this was the person I wanted to deal with. I went in to meet him on a Wednesday and drove my new Camry home the next evening. Thanks for the turning what I expected to be a negative experience into a positive one! More
Bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD from Robert, and I had a great experience. There was no pressure and everyone was great. I pretty much just walked in, test drove and bought it. I got a fair price for my great experience. There was no pressure and everyone was great. I pretty much just walked in, test drove and bought it. I got a fair price for my trade in and what I wanted to pay for the truck. So far I am a proud owner of a great new Toyota truck and I don't regret it. More
Even though my car isn't a Toyota I still take it to this dealership for service. The employees are always friendly and accomodating. In addition, the cost to have my oil changed and tires rotated is half of dealership for service. The employees are always friendly and accomodating. In addition, the cost to have my oil changed and tires rotated is half of the price of what the dealership I purchases my non-Toyota vehicle charges! With my previous vehicle Woburn Toyota was my service center of choice and with service and pricing like this they will maintain to be despite the fact that I do not currently own a Toyota. More
