The classic bait & switch here. Very surprised, as I have previously bought 2 vehicles here. Was told about a college grad program incentive, by Robert, which was worth $1000 off the vehicle, only to be have previously bought 2 vehicles here. Was told about a college grad program incentive, by Robert, which was worth $1000 off the vehicle, only to be told I didn't qualify. He suggested I look at another vehicle without the options I wanted. We were trading emails, thankfully I didn't go to the dealer. I was really taken aback by his tone in the emails. Very surprised by this. I told him there were some better choices than a Toyota out there like Hyundai, Honda, Ford, etc. which he did not like. I would not go back to this dealer ever again. With that being said, I had a very good experience when I bought my 01 Avalon & 06 Corolla off of them. Something has changed at this dealership. Maybe they are feeling the heat of the economy, the competition from Hyundai, or the overall downgrade of their products. Whatever it is, Robert was a little snide, a little arrogant and was not something I expected out of this dealership. Oh well, there are plenty of dealers with plenty of vehicles out there. I may end up buying a Toyota, but certainly not going to buy one at Woburn Toyota. More
Came in for 65K service for '04 Highlander, John gave excellent advice and was honest that currently I only need to change front brakes, rear can wait. Showed that he cared about the customer and giving excellent advice and was honest that currently I only need to change front brakes, rear can wait. Showed that he cared about the customer and giving good advice, not just to pad the service bill, which will in turn make me continue to want to do business here. More

I went to Woburn Toyota today for service. I entered the service center, noticed it was busy, got in line but was addressed by John who stated "I will be right with you". He then called me to the counter a service center, noticed it was busy, got in line but was addressed by John who stated "I will be right with you". He then called me to the counter and discussed the service I would receive. I told him I needed to be out of te service center by 3:30pm and he told me he would accomodate my needs. John Russo was efficient, professional and very friendly. He is an asset to your company. More

To shop for a new car, I wanted to avoid the undesirable experience of walking into a dealer showroom, and being accosted by weaselly salesmen, ans sales managers. So, I chose to get some price quotes over experience of walking into a dealer showroom, and being accosted by weaselly salesmen, ans sales managers. So, I chose to get some price quotes over the web. I received many responses, but after a few back and forth emails, only one dealer (Woburn Toyota) and salesman (Robert Fahey) worked with me closely and exclusively over email. They gave me the best price right up front for the vehicle I was looking for, and didn't hesitate to provide me with dealer invoice price and spec sheet on the new car, as well as an estimate on my trade. They also negotiated a better price on the trade and a better rate on the loan when asked. I didn't actually step foot into the showroom or have to speak with Rob until all that was worked out. Other dealers, that responded to my my quote requests, either stopped emailing at some point, were much more expensive, or wouldn't provide me any information on a vehicle until I went to the showroom and sat down with a salesmen. That was exactly what I was trying to avoid by requesting prices and specs over the Internet! I can't say enough about how far superior a virtual shopping experience I had with Woburn Toyota than every other dealer that replied to my web requests. More
This is far the worse experience I had with a dealership. My dad and Ray was negogating a price and Ray asked for me to have my old car brought up there. I did on 7/28/11. I called up Ray too inform him that My dad and Ray was negogating a price and Ray asked for me to have my old car brought up there. I did on 7/28/11. I called up Ray too inform him that that the car was on its way. Ray was off on Friday 7/29/11 and 7/30/11. I left a message for Ray on Saturday not knowing he was off asking why no xxu has been made. Come to find out after my dad having to contract the General Manager that they sold the car Friday 7/30/11 in the morning when I got my car towed up there the previous evening. No one made any attempts to make a mends too fix this soultuion when my car was worth at lease $500, which should have been enough too hold the car and if Ray did not see my old car why did he not attempt too call me to let me know? I would have come down. I would like to know why no notes were made regarding negogations going on? Why did no one call me to adknowlege that they made a mistake? To top it off someone moved my old car and they lost my keys. Ray only applogied too me when he was in front of the manager, but at the same time he was the only professonal person in the whole dealership. The day I came back to the dealership to move my old car, the sales person who sold my car, was present but made no attempts to hang up the business call to applogies too. I was the one who would have been making the payments to not my dad, and a vast of the amout would have been paid in cash with the execption of $2000. Too this day I still have yet to hear from a manager or too have an offer to work on a new deal, so I went with a whole different dealership. More
Dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am, being told that I will be called regarding the findings on the brakes. Nobody called me. So I called around 1pm to check for the status but nobody is at the desk. Called ag be called regarding the findings on the brakes. Nobody called me. So I called around 1pm to check for the status but nobody is at the desk. Called again at 2pm. This time got hold of someone at the desk, and was told that the job just dispatched and will call me back with updates. Finally got called at 3pm with the work suggested but won't finish at 4:30pm as previously promised. The consultant even suggested to repair front brake pad (5mm thick), which seems unusual. More
I've been going to Woburn Foreign Motors for service and sales for some time now. The service counter is always thorough along with the quality of work. The only drawback which is the is a 4 on the "Overall sales for some time now. The service counter is always thorough along with the quality of work. The only drawback which is the is a 4 on the "Overall experience" is the wait time. Their Express facility although large and accommodating, is no longer an "express" by definition. A basic express oil change is almost always an hour minimum. They're obviously doing something right to attract the quantity of customers, but they need to expand their operation or run multiple shifts to expanded hours even further. More
Woburn Toyota, and Robert Fahey specifically, were extremely helpful in securing me the lowest possible price for my new vehicle. They did not waste any of my time going back and forth trying to get a extremely helpful in securing me the lowest possible price for my new vehicle. They did not waste any of my time going back and forth trying to get a better deal. They were upfront right from the beginning on the best deal that I could get from them for my new purchase. Robert was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the different financing options, so I knew what I was getting into before signing any papers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota or any used car and make sure you ask for Robert Fahey. More
