I have not only purchased 2 Toyota's from Woburn Toyota Scion, I have always had all my service work done here - THERE IS NO PLACE ELSE I WOULD RATHER GO. From the time you walk through the doors, until you leave, you are treated as if you are the only customer. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rick Mawn yesterday/today and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything that was being done to repair my car, he contacted Toyota and dealth with approvals for extended warranty services, and when he realized it would take longer than expected, he arranged for a rental car for me for the evening. I'm not someone who knows a lot about cars,so it's important to me to feel and have a sense of trust with the people who take care of my vehicle, and I feel lucky that I have found a group of folks at Woburn Toyota Scion who do just that - they take care of my vehicles and give me peace of mind knowing that when I drive away, I'm in a car that is safe. I almost don't want to tell you all how great they are there at Woburn Toyota as I don't want to share them lol lol lol I haven't hesitated in the past to recommend them, and now my parents purchase their vehicles there and get them serviced too. Thank you so much Rick Mawn for taking the time to explain everything that I needed to know, and making sure I was happy with the services that were provided. I basically walked in with my trade-in and lease deal of a Rav4 already structured through exchange of emails and information made over a few days prior. Robert Fahey was not a pushy, high pressure salesman who tried to increase the cost of the overall package to me and thus bring more revenue to the dealer. Robert allowed me to take my time in my select of the particular Rav4. This was one of the best car buying experiences of the many that I've had. Will definitely go through Robert again when the lease is up. More

I'm rather confused why Toyota Corp offered a free first oil change, but then they wanted me to pay $34 at Woburn Toyota. The dealership and corporate do not seem to be inline with what is necessary and at oil change, but then they wanted me to pay $34 at Woburn Toyota. Though I appreciated the discounted price, the annoying card that they sent in the mail said FREE. John is informative though. I would recommend him as a friendly service person. More

Always a positive experience. Explain everything; good amenities for waiting (shuttle service, loaner cars, wifi, etc.). Rick got my oil changed, tires rotated and my car inspected all in an hour today!! Professional and friendly! He called me when it was done.
