Exceptional Experience: Toyota Rav Lease #3! I leased my 3rd Toyota Rav in June 2019 with "10 Star" and "Gold Standard sales support from Ernest Memminger (2104, 2016,2019) and also as financial I leased my 3rd Toyota Rav in June 2019 with "10 Star" and "Gold Standard sales support from Ernest Memminger (2104, 2016,2019) and also as financial manager (2019). Ernest is simply thee best in knowledge, support, guidance, compassion and patience. His sincerity and and dedication is why I have returned to Woburn Toyota for a third lease. I also had outstanding sales support from Sebastien Fabre (2019) who was equally attentive, caring and informative. In addition, Steve Amaral and John Moraites have further contributed to my leasing loyalty to Woburn Toyota, along with the customer service and service dept crews. The newly renovated dealership with a beautiful waiting area, work stations and TV options along with a fabulous cafe creates a pleasant relaxing experience, but it is the staff and most especially Ernest Memminger, who has transformed car buying/leasing for me from something I have loathed to an actually fun experience. They were professional and listen to what I had to say. They respect my opinion when I said I have to give it some more thoughts before making decision. Moreover, I especially like the way Jamon followed up with customer. Through the whole process, he always present himself professionally and wanted to sell the best car and making sure im happy. That speaks volume to me as this is the first time I’m buying a car. When I was ready to buy the car, I came in the second time with my whole family but unfortunately Jamon wasn’t there and I had to meet with Ahmeh Mowena and Wally. I had to say that was the worst experience. Wally was a normal sales man trying to make the customer buy the car. On the other hand, Ahmed didn’t present himself as professional at all. He gave me an angry face when I said the number he showed me wasn’t the number I discussed with Wally. He made me felt a little threatening when he said with an angry face and raise his voice that he will get Wally in trouble if Wally committed to the number. He asked me to forget whatever Wally said in the last 2 hours and start over which I don’t have time for. That is very unprofessional of Ehmeh. I walked out of the dealership thinking I will never come back to Woburn Toyota again. However, Jamon made me changed my mind with all the follow up texts and the effort to sell me the best car. If I would recommend anyone to Woburn Toyota, I will point out to work with Gabriel and Jamon only. More

Wally Sabet, Sales Manager Woburn Toyota folks make car shopping easy. Didn't think I'd be buying the car today, just getting a comparison price. Wally Sabet, Sales Manager and Westin Paglia were direct and friendly and are putting me behind the wheel of a 2020 Toyota Corolla tomorrow. Because I didn't plan to buy a car today, my time was limited and they went above and beyond to provide above average customer satisfaction, including not being put-off by my brusque and to the point attitude , normal for me but disconcerting to most :) They listened and responded to what I was asking, not what they wanted to tell me to sell me. If you've read this far, you already know the 2020 Corollas are built to satisfy as many customers as possible in as many categories as possible, so a sales team can make the difference when choosing where to buy. I'd done my homework with some on-line car buying apps and stopped by another dealer yesterday. It was the safety package offered standard (not optional and additional cost) with 2020 Corollas that had me looking. No one can call me a pesky senior driver when I'm following the safety guidelines with the tools in the new car. :) More
Terrible communication, failed to communicate The salesman added on 800 dollars under “accessories” before consulting about it, which was a remote start that I did not want. Excellent sales person I would highly recommend working with Scott Hoffman. He is the ultimate professional and knows everything there is to know about Toyotas. His knowledge was obvious but he also carefully listened to what I needed in a car. His ability to match the car to my needs made what is usually a stressful experience much less difficult. Even though he was extremely busy, he was able to focus on each individual customer and get us what we needed. He was patient and genuinely interested in what we needed and did his best to make the match. I will continue to keep Woburn Toyota in mind as I fine tune my car needs. More

Great at first but My original visit and dealing with this dealership was amazing. I told everyone how easy and great of an experience was which was true. But when they My original visit and dealing with this dealership was amazing. I told everyone how easy and great of an experience was which was true. But when they delivered my car they forgot my spare key. It has now been a month and I have called them at least six times and no one really seems to care to get me my spare key and no one ever follows through or calls me back as they say they will. Apparently my spare key was "lost" so a new one has to be made but I have to drive an hour to the dealership now and use the miles on my lease to get it which seems really unfair to me. If they just returned my calls and sent me the spare three weeks ago when they should have I would be giving them 5 stars but I seem to be the only one who cares even though I'll be penalized if I don't have a spare key when I return my lease. More
