I have great faith in Woburn Toyota service (main and express lube), and have never had any reason to be disappointed in the ten years since I purchased my vehicle there. Today was no exception: John Russo, who handled my service visit, was friendly, patient and informative while helping me prioritize my car's most immediate needs, and offering/ arranging for on the spot shuttle service so my car work could be completed without an extra visit and I could still get to work (and the shuttle drivers were prompt, and pleasant, too). I have always felt like I am treated with respect, with all staff ready to explain mechanics I may not know much about without "talking down" to me, and I feel like I am not misled or influenced to approve anything unnecessary or nonessential for my car.
