He also worked with me on the pricing and helped me get all the work done with the budget I had available. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, with a high degree of professionalism. I used this dealer for routine maintenance/service. Their prices are mostly higher than non-dealer shops. Once in a while they have promotions which looked attractive, but they always get you with other thin prices are mostly higher than non-dealer shops. The other thing I am not happy about is that they always had me wait for a long time (2+ hrs for an oil change) even though I always call in for an appointment ahead of time. More

Looking to buy a new Rav4 V6. Salesman told me he'd have to go and get one out of storage or would I mind trying the V4 - "they are about the same". I agreed. Upon my return I mentioned that the engine sou to go and get one out of storage or would I mind trying the V4 - "they are about the same". I agreed. Upon my return I mentioned that the engine sounded kind of loud. He replied "That's because they put the engines in the front now". He was foreign and I suspect that where he comes from women don't make decisions (like buying cars) so his effort was minimal at best. It's ok though - took my business elsewhere and bought myself a V6. p.s. They're not the same - much more power and quieter engine even though the engine was also in the front. More

A few days ago, I went in for an oil change and was advised that additional work needed to be done right away and was given an estimate. I wasn't able to fit it into my schedule that day since the work required leaving my car for several hours. Late Saturday afternoon I went online and scheduled a Sunday appointment. Patrick called me right away to advise that the appointment needed to be rescheduled and offered Monday morning. Again, I couldn't wait at the dealership, and without hesitation Patrick offered a free loaner car. That made all the difference for me. The work was done in less time than expected and based on past experience, I know that I can rely on the quality of the job. When I went in to pick up my Camry, Patrick told me the job would cost me absolutely nothing! I was overwhelmed. When I asked why, he said they wanted to show appreciation for my continued loyalty in allowing them to service my car all these years. Everyone who offers a product or service claims their customers are the most important aspect of their business--Patrick proved to me that Woburn Toyota really means it! More
