The time frame to have the tire pressure light looked at (which as been a reoccurring problem) was right on, his patience and comlete explanation of the problem was terrific. He found my car after a tow driver had left it at the dealership without letting the service desk know. He quickly got my vehicle assessed and repaired and he kept me updated at every step. He also arranged for my pickup so I could get to the dealership to pick up the car. He is by far the most helpful person i have deal with at WFM and I have been buying and servicing my vehicles there for the past 15 years. More
John Russo was very good. He is Friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. He explains - which in the past, no one explained, after my service was done he went over the bill explained what was done. I have purchased two Camrys from Woburn Toyota and would never go anywhere else. Since buying my 2010 and bringing it back for service I have been helped every occation by John Russo he is great. I was in the market for a car since mine was on its way out, so I contacted Woburn Toyota via their website to get the ball rolling. The very next day I got a call from Abdou and we talked a little bit ab out, so I contacted Woburn Toyota via their website to get the ball rolling. The very next day I got a call from Abdou and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I explained that I have a low credit score, and wondered if they could help me. Abdou said he was going to contact various banks for me and "see what he could do." What he ended up doing was wasting my time. We made a few phone calls back and forth, and he once told me he "didn't forget about me" and said he was doing some homework with the banks and seeing what he could find. Later on in the week he called my cell while I was working. He called twice within 5 minutes but did not leave any voicemails. I called him back and left him a voicemail stating that I saw that he called me twice and didn't leave a message. I told him that he can either: Try calling me back on my cell, try calling me back on my work phone, or email me, even if he was just "checking in" with me, as I wanted to know where we stood. I never heard from Abdou again. I took my business elsewhere, where the staff was friendly and accommodating. They never once made me feel like I was on the back burner because I have sub prime credit. Now I have the reliable car I was looking for. Thank you, Abdou. I called more than once to verify the service the car would receive and Patrick was a perfect gentleman, always willing to listen and make sure that I understood what the service experts were going to do.
