I initially E-mailed the dealership to inquire about a vehicle advertised on their website. I received a reply from one of the internet sales representatives the same day. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle a few days later. When I saw the vehicle in person I was taken aback by the noticeable wear and tear. There were two hub caps that were cracked and the trunk of the vehicle looked as though it had been keyed. The sales manager wasn't willing to negotiate much with the advertised price and shortly thereafter walked out without looking back. More
I had an express oil change appt at woburn toyota this morning at 9am. When I arrived I was greeted by Scott. Shortly after my vehicle went into be serviced he informed me of a couple of details that the technician had found and explained them very throughly to me. I was in the auto business for a number of years and the skill to speak with customers who may be apprehensive about spending more dollars for "extra or other" items is a learned skill and Scott certainly has that skill. After my experience today I will not be servicing my 2010 toyota tundra anywhere except Woburn Toyota. More
I came in for Oil change for my Prius and the average wait was about 1:15 min. But I was out in less than an hour. They even helped me with the coupon even-though I forgot to bring it in. I came here looking for a new Camry. Robert Fahey helped me to get exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. He was very friendly and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better salesman. I brought my Toyota Corolla in for a routine oil change. Woburn Toyota provided a list of other recommended services as usual. He provided a printed list and explanation of each service, and gave it to me to review. I was able to review these at home. Andrew Spencer represented Woburn Toyota professionally and provided great customer care. Another note....if this website needs the customer's login info, it should request this information FIRST, before requesting to answer questions and writing a review. After finishing my review the first time, I could not remember my username and password (didn't know I had one). When I requested my info by email, I received it but when I entered it I was kicked off the website. I had to start over. If Dealerrater.com truly needs login info, I will not complete this survey again if I am not asked to login at the beginning of the survey. More
