The business manager, Jared Garfield, stayed with us well past 10 p.m. to process the paperwork and even helped to jump-start our old car (it decided to quit on us after being traded in). The new car was delivered within two days, and our sales consultant, Robert Fahey, spent another hour and a half with me patiently going over the functions of the new vehicle. I chose to do business with Woburn Toyota on the recommendation of my best friend after having done research online to find my next car. Robert Fahey (Internet Sales) assisted me prior to my coming by answering questions about his inventory, helping with my credit application, and ensuring that I was qualified prior to my coming in to the dealership. Whether by email or phone, Robert was extremely quick to respond to my questions and requests for help. It's worth noting that when you reach his voicemail at the dealership, his outgoing message encourages you to call his cellphone directly so that you can get the quickest response. When I did come in to the dealership, Robert was friendly, focused, low-key, and no-pressure. In other words, a very welcome change from car salespeople I'd previously dealt with who don't listen to their customers and instead try and talk them into buying something they probably don't want or need. He gave me all the time I needed to select exactly the right car for me and only made suggestions that were helpful instead of pushing anything in particular. He quoted me the bottom-line price from the start, so that no haggling was needed. He also understood that I hadn't bought a car from a dealership in quite some time and was somewhat unfamiliar with the process, so he took the time to walk me through it in advance as well as emailing me a checklist detailing all of the steps from financing to taking delivery. After I had selected a car from Toyota's inventory in transit, he again took the time to help get my paperwork through the financing approval process, and let me know how long the entire process was likely to take. As the car I wanted was not yet delivered to the dealership, Robert followed up with emails letting me know its estimated delivery date, actual delivery date, and date ready, and was there to personally deliver the car to me and show me some of its features, including how to pair its audio to my smartphone. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly and was completely hassle-free. I will gladly recommend Robert Fahey of Woburn Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. More
I went to Woburn Toyota to turn in the Camrey that I leased for three years. I wasn't sure if I was going to lease again or buy a certified pre-owned vehicle. My fiance was hoping to trade his car in for a Toyota as well. When we entered the dealership, Robert Fahey greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. Throughout the process, Robert was receptive to everything that we had to say and very helpful. He showed us all the cars we asked to see and made the experience very easy. I have been going to Woburn Toyota for service for the last few years. I met Scott Kolacz last year when I received a reminder about my service appointment. Scott identified himself when I arrived for my appointment. He made eye contact, smiled, was very professional, pleasant, and even jovial! Who is happy at their job these days! After servicing my car I had additional questions. Scott took me aside to answer all of them in layman's terms, never rushing me, made me a cup of coffee and even helped my boyfriend out of the car who could not walk. This is exceptional service! Scott is an asset to Woburn Customer Service Department. I hope he is appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate who he is :) More

Three years ago I leased a Toyota Corolla from Robert Fahey at Woburn Toyota. His services was outstanding. When we were shopping around for a car he is the only salesman that went out of his way to find Fahey at Woburn Toyota. His services was outstanding. When we were shopping around for a car he is the only salesman that went out of his way to find the color of the car I wanted. Robert gave us a great deal on the lease and I left their very happy. After my three year lease was up, I emailed Robert stating I was looking for another Toyota. He immediatly responded knowing exactly who I was and providing the same great service again. I highly recommend anyone going to lease a vechile go to Toyota and speak to Robert. There's never any pressure and your not haunted by the salesman like other dealerships.
