I recently went to Woburn Foreign Motors to buy a Dodge Charger ironically. Jeremy was friendly and professional and had the customer's interest in mind first and foremost. The price was extremely fair, as was the financing. Jeremy even went so far as to drive us to a bank out of town on a Saturday to help get a cashier's check.The service and friendliness provided by both Jeremy in the sale and Karl in financing was second-to-none. I would not hesitate to recommend them and this dealership to anyone, despite buying a car they don't specialize in. They put the customer first and I left feeling like I had dealt with friends rather than businessmen. I would not have the car I own now if it were not for Jeremy and I could not be happier. More

My husband and I have purchased Three new vehicles from Rajeev "Ricky" and One at Woburn Toyota. We purchased a Camry in 2008, Highlander in 2010 and just recently purchased another Vehicle from him this y Rajeev "Ricky" and One at Woburn Toyota. We purchased a Camry in 2008, Highlander in 2010 and just recently purchased another Vehicle from him this year. I would not deal with any other sales person at the dealership beside this Young Man. The reason is he is Honest, very straight to the point and respectful In all my purchases, Ricky gave us a no haggle price that was much better service than any other dealerships in the area. He worked with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. He searched Vehicle what we wanted, and had the accessories added we wanted. Great customer service!!!! Every time low pressure and an enjoyable process. I would recommend anyone buying a car to visit Rajeev Arora (Ricky) at Woburn Toyota. We are the most satisfied customers and will always recommend our friends to him. We wish him Very Best of Luck! More

When we decided to go forth with purchasing the SE model and were directed to Hank in the finance department, we thought "here comes the switch," but unlike past experiences in car buying, the numbers were consistent and Hank was very forthcoming as well. I went in just for routine maintenance and while the work was fine it was really the people that made it such a positive experience. Everyone I met with was very helpful. I originally was in the wrong building and the person there was super helpful in getting me to the right spot - he walked me over and gave my info to the right rep, and even helped me get the registration out of my car when I had forgotten it. The main rep I dealt with, John Russo, did everything he could for a quick and easy visit. I had to bring my daughter with me and from having my car parked out front at the end of the visit to offering to put on a kids' show on the TV for her, he was just great. They also pointed out my inspection sticker which could be updated and had that taken care of during the same visit. I will definitely be going back. The only difficulty I had was with the parking when I arrived - it was very busy and there were no spaces available. But even then a rep in the parking lot showed me where I could double park and offered to move my car to a space once there was room, which I greatly appreciated. More
I went in to get an oil change and John was very helpful, he was very informative in what mistakes I have been doing in the past when I was taking my car to lawless. He set up my next oil change and left me feeling fully served and appreciated. Before I start, No, we did not get turned down for a car because of our credit. Our credit is very good. I'm just making a review based on my horror story with this hole in the wall dealership. Very shady dealership with the worst taste of professionalism I've EVER come across my whole 42 years of buying a car. We went to test drive a car they had. We liked it but needed to think about the deal overnight. We decided to go with the deal the next morning. We spoke with our Sales person, Jeremy and he said he would take care of everything, put a sold sign on the car, and send over all the paperwork to our credit union. This was Saturday. Today is Wednesday night. My husband has left multiple messages on Jeremys voicemail with no call backs, not even from a manager, Rick I believe his name is. I called there myself and asked to speak to Rick tonight. He finally spoke with me and said he had NO PAPERWORK with our information. (Im guessing by the disgusting mess of a dealership, if that's what you want to call the little room they work in, they might have lost it?) I left our phone number and made it very clear I expected a phone call back. They called back and said they no longer had the car. Now I'm not the person to ever leave negative reviews on places unless absolutely necessary and this was necessary. I cannot believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this dealership is. The managers excuse for not receiving a phone call back for 5 days? "Oh....well....he was sick..." Now its my turn to show some unprofessionalism...Grow some B*LLS! If I were you I would do my best to keep looking for that car you want somewhere else unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy. This place is not only a dirty little hole in the wall but the people that work there make it that much more sickening. I'm actually glad we didn't get the car from them. I would rather invest in a dealership that's professional and treats me like a customer should be treated these days, with respect. If I could give this place a negative review, I would, they don't even deserve 1 star... More

I was extremely happy with my overall experience at Woburn Toyota. This was my first time leasing a brand new car and I did not feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to do. I was given my op Woburn Toyota. This was my first time leasing a brand new car and I did not feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to do. I was given my options and I was allowed to make the ultimate decisions regarding what I wanted and what I didn't want. My salesman, Robert Fahey, did an excellent job in explaining things to me, waiting for me to make decisions, not pressuring me, and was very friendly. Often times, you go to dealerships and the salesmen are breathing down your neck and are very pushy, I am happy to say that I didn't have that experience at Woburn Toyota with Robert or the finance guy who helped me (not sure of this name). More
