This is helpful when one is not quite mechanical savvy. Representative is not shy to provide coupons when asked, even you don't have one in hand. All service consultants I have dealt with are very professional. This time I had 75K major maintenance and Mike Robinson was the one that I worked with. Give him a five-star for his customer service. After waiting 3 hours at the Sears Auto service center to repair a tire that had a screw in it, we were told that we did not have the key for the locked nut on our tire and they could not take off our tire. repair a tire that had a screw in it, we were told that we did not have the key for the locked nut on our tire and they could not take off our tire. A quick call to Woburn Toyota, they said if you get here by 3 week can help you out. We got there right at 3, John was great and calmed our nerves. 40 minutes later our tire was repaired and we had a new key. More
