Wally pushes the sale way to much Last night I bought a Rav4 xle at your dealership...Troy Adams was very nice to me and my family...I do have an issue with Wally..Too agressive...Let Last night I bought a Rav4 xle at your dealership...Troy Adams was very nice to me and my family...I do have an issue with Wally..Too agressive...Let Troy do his job...I would without hesitation compare Wally to a great white shark and my family and I as seals...Wally smelled blood and became ever more aggresive...With every no from my family and I.he reduced the price...Again smelling blood...Last night I returned after walking out in total frustratoon Sunday...Again the deals got better but far from great...After sitting in the showroom for 2 hours while lost keys were found and waiting for Wallys pitch..I got tired and told Troy to call me in morning...I exited t he building and was literally chased by Troy Wally and another sales person. .It was rather uncomfortable I felt like the Dolphins qb being chased by the Patriots defence....II truly believe Wally used the word begging for me to reconsider his offer...Is a single sale that important to Wally?....I was rather taken aback by Wally and his over zealous sales methods...I finally caved in only because I need a car sooner than later... This place gives dealers a bad name. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I drive 50 miles to purchase the vehicle and its missing the carpet in the driver see down to the frame and the outsided is destroyed. I still was willing to purchase as long as they fixed what should of been fixed before they offered the vehicle for sale. I didn't even know the dealers name until after I purchased the car and he handed me his card. I get a call the next day and they give me some bull story about damaged they didn't notice after having the car for over 2 months.... More

Had to wait 1/2 hour to close the paperwork. CJ delivered car to me next day as I had ask and was in and out on 1/2 hour! More
