Routine Maintence I have had Toyota service my 2017 RAV4 three times now. Each time I have met with Anthony. He is incredible and somehow manages to brighten everyone’s I have had Toyota service my 2017 RAV4 three times now. Each time I have met with Anthony. He is incredible and somehow manages to brighten everyone’s morning around him. He is attentive, checks in, and thorough. A couple of times I have noticed small issues, like my wire to my horn not plugged in right or the rubber strips on my roof coming undone( too many car washes later), and each time the service team in Woburn has fixed these issues along with my routine maintence free of charge. Each person I have come in contact with is incredibly kind, patient, and comforting, especially at 6am. Thank you Anthony and your team for providing superb customer service.
