If you are looking for a used car, look elsew My experience may not be typical but I still would not recommend this dealership for used car purchase. If you are looking for a used car, look elsewhere especially if you want a level of warranty coverage. This dealership unilaterally redefined the terms of the limited warranty coverage to be just safety items that would be / should be found as part of getting an inspection sticker contrary to the state lemon law. If you are considering buying a used car from this dealership ensure the car comes with all the things it is advertised to have like: floor mats/cargo or trunk mat; operator manual for your actual make, model and year vehicle; make sure all systems work without glitches or faults; and ask about the spare key because if you don’t ask they won’t include it as if it was a new car Ensure the reason(s) your vehicle is turned over for service is/are well documented and request copies or all documents you are asked to sign. If you are talked into the nitrogen servicing of the tires make sure it is included in the bill of sale and then do not let them talk you out of refilling the tires with nitrogen because it takes to long to set-up.. If they don’t have all the required paperwork to complete the sale walk away! I had to wait six weeks. I had to pay another dealership to diagnose a problem I was having with the driver’s seat the Woburn technician couldn’t find when reported during the limited 30day warranty period that turned out to be a safety problem and the general manager refused to cover under the limited warranty. If I didn’t have an extended warranty purchased through my credit union I would had to pay the $1200 repair myself. More

Be aware! They wil lie to you and tell you that you have to purchase $6000 worth of things like wheel and tire coverage, pre maitnay, warranty... Etc. The mileage had gone from 7 miles to 111 miles. ??? They couldn’t put an inspection sticker on it as the sticker station operator wasn’t in that day. Although the tech that fixed my auto start unit (didn’t work) was very nice and informative, it was a 45 minute inconvenience. More
