My experience with Woburn Toyota. I have had my Highlander for 13 years.. I bought it from Woburn Toyota because it was convenient to my home and office. The Parts Department has I have had my Highlander for 13 years.. I bought it from Woburn Toyota because it was convenient to my home and office. The Parts Department has always been good - in helping me buy a new map system to getting a pair of windshield wiper blades. Joanne Sasso was a real Star during my recent service: The muffler didn't sound right. She diagnosed the problem from the history and she ordered the parts that she thought would be needed. She was absolutely correct. ( I did not need a muffler, I needed the "Y pipe" off the manifold ) As my car ( and I) get older, I start to think of another car. I would consider a second hand Highlander. Ken Mello will help me when I need him, I'm sure. . More
