I want to apologize for my staff showing you a preowned car without a title. What happens sometimes is people finance their cars and when they trade them in we pay off the bank the customer finances their vehicle with then we have to wait for that bank to mail us the title. Most times we receive the title 7-10 days after paying off the bank. In regards to the interest rate we use a store average rate to estimate monthly payments, we do this because we use multiple banks and each bank has different interest rates for different cars, loan to value, and length of the finance term. When you meet with a finance manager he will determine our most aggressive rate based on multiple different criteria. One of the banks we are actually an approved dealer for is, in fact, Bank of America so if Bank of America quoted you 3.39 then that's exactly what your rate would have been unless one of our other banks offered a lower rate which we would have passed on to you. Regarding your refund, it was being handled first thing this morning. We opened at 9:00 am and we had confirmation of your refund sent to your email Kelly.bither@gmail.com at 12:21 pm and 6 minutes later you replied back saying thank you. We also called you and your mother multiple times to relay to you the refund had been processed. I apologize you feel we were trying to take advantage in some way however that wasn't our intention at all. We processed and sent a confirmation of your refund 3 hours and 21 minutes after we opened the very next day after you left your deposit. We never had any intention of not refunding your deposit because we don't want to ruin our credibility over something like this. The fact that you are a young professional woman is great and we want to do business with all people that choose to buy or service a vehicle with Woburn Toyota. This is not what happened. After my credit was pulled, the rate I was quoted was 7% and it was only after Wally came out was it fixed to the right rate. It is so unacceptable to take my money without telling me you didn’t have the title. I was told I would be called at 9am and after you lied about my interest rate and took a down payment on a car before telling me you couldn’t sell it, is completely unprofessional you did not process the refund immediately. Had I not called first and then had my mom call three different managers and make front desk give my debit card info to your accountants, I would not have had a receipt sent over. Your business is unprofessional and your nonapology has been noted.

Hello Christina, I have reached out a few times and left a message with my cell phone asking to call me. You did call me back stating that you were going to be traveling, and would be unavailable. You also thought you really didn't think there was anything that could be done, and you had been in contact with Robert Fahey. I certainly do not condone this, however in fairness, you did request based on certain equipment requirements a RAV4 XLE Premium which Toyota only makes in a gas model. You also sat in and drove the exact vehicle you purchased prior to finalizing the contract. If it was as easy as switching you out of the gas to the hybrid, we would do this to make you a happy customer. However, Toyota doesn't currently make this trim package in a hybrid. If you would like to contact me on the cell number I have provided on your voicemail, I would be happy to see if there is an alternative vehicle that will make you happy. Ken, You called me once and never called me back until these reviews went up. I did not elect a 2020, but you are right the Hybrid XLE does not come in Lunar Rock in the 2020 edition, but it does in the 2019. I've seen it, and you should know that. During my sales process I was told repeatedly the benefits of the hybrid. I had questioned the mileage noted, I had question paperwork, and had it changed to reflect a hybrid and at NO POINT did anyone tell me it was anything but a hybrid. Do not put this onus on me, or portray to anyone that it would appear you knew the details through a conversation with me. We have never spoke. I called the very next day and spoke with one of your managers to identify your sales person, your dealership's mistake. Why didn't anyone other than Fouad call me back then? Why didn't anyone for the entire week I came back, and sat crying in your dealership reach out or come over, or recognize there was an issue? How was I to know what you all should do to fix the issue? Why was that my responsibility when the dealership made the mistake? You were unwilling to let me out of the deal. I was stuck and given no options. Your message feels condescending. It feels that you still admit no fault. Was it was my responsibility to doubt your salesperson and question his and everyone's integrity? I hope that is not what your implying, but you can understand why after two months of dealing with this, and opportunities to work with me prior to these reviews, I lack the confidence in you to care or actually want to listen and help. This all seems like a shoulder shrug to you and Robert. I fear calling you will further exacerbate my frustrations and concerns. If you could send me a direct email, confirming what you intend to discuss, so that I'm not wasting more of my time that would be helpful. No one has even said sorry, and that says it all.
