Terrible customer service and an awful finance department. Verbally aggressive employee. We were asked to get a guarantor, we did so. Then they couldn't get the loan company to give us a loan b/c department. Verbally aggressive employee. We were asked to get a guarantor, we did so. Then they couldn't get the loan company to give us a loan b/c of the high mileage on the vehicle (something they should've known before they wasted all of our time). Then after a few days they said they could get us this other car but completely under my guarantor, not with either of names on it. The point of a guarantor is to guarantee the money is paid and for it to be run on their credit, not for the whole thing to be registered, insured, and bought completely by them. We needed this to help build our credit. The finance department literally said within a couple years when our credit improves, the guarantor could be taken off. We were mislead and now we are not only out an additional $400 for an extra week of rental, but we have wasted almost 1.5 weeks of our time. They need to look up the definition of a "guarantor." More
I waited to write this review l have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now.l don’t write reviews often but this one is more then deserving. Tom you where 100% more then honest and you kept in contact with me through the whole transaction, your a fast talker lol but everything you said was more then accurate, you’re a definite asset to the Wiz Auto company.l also appreciated the front seat people who where very helpful and kind time we spoke it made things nice and easy for me Thank you for that !!! I had my friend pick up the vehicle and drive it 6.5hours home , she couldn’t believe how nice car was inside and out for 2014 BMW 7 series 100k miles was literally brand new , when l saw it for first time l was extremely great full and thankful. The car you said was in great shape but you never mentioned it was literally like brand new. When l went to inspect the vehicle when l went to pick it up they mentioned to me the car was even better looking underneath then on the outside and it literally needs nothing anytime soon that it was in really great shape. That was great news as you can imagine.Mike the manager l want to thank you as well as Tom for being 100% transparent from the beginning and also showing my friend the respect and the hospitality and dropping her rental car of with her when you didn’t have to.lm sharing my experience and l would 100% recommend anyone to Wiz Auto that l know for sure , buying another car from Wiz auto is a no brainer for me definitely YES…….and l will be calling you guys up FIRST in few years to check in too see if you have anything l maybe looking for in the near future. l truly appreciate the whole transaction from top to bottom with Wiz Auto …. and l am a super happy costumer who is just sharing my own experience and l wish the same for everyone else.I do realize we are all dealing with used cars and some are great and some are not so lucky. I truly 100% feel that Wiz Auto no matter what would have made it write with me even if the car l bought wasn’t so great, that l believe to be true for me and any future costumers who give Wiz Auto a chance. I called to make an appointment to look at a car. Spoke to Antoine - nice guy. Asks about the business end of things and I tell him I plan on buying outright with no financing. He says the price advertised is the internet price and that means its the price if you finance thru them. Otherwise add $750 to the price. What??? What the xxxx kind of a joke dealership is this?? Sales person made some follow-up contact, but not so often as to be annoying. He did fail to answer one question i had. Now the game changes when you enter the finance department. This is where the vultures reside. Pay very close attention to the addons . VERY CLOSE ATTENTION. From VIN etching, to VSI insurance. Even the documentation fee of $798.00 we all know is pure thievery but some how the law allows car dealerships to get away with it. All in all it's the typical car dealership. They try to take all of your money. You try to keep some of it. Good luck. More
