I was able to give further details about my situation and what I could do to possibly get into a new vehicle. I came back the next morning with the proper paperwork etc and was able to drive off the lot within 3 hours. The only negative I can mention was the vehicle I purchased was not available for a test drive due to a dead battery. After 2 days the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership where they cleared the light and told me to come back when it comes back on. I now have an appointment with them to fix watever the issue is 11/16. I would think the dealership wouldve thoroughly checked all systems before deciding to sell the car. It just seems ridiculous that i purchase a semi new car here (2016) only to have the check engine light come on within 2 days of purchase. This is my second time working with Wiz as I bought my previous vehicle with them. My wife also purchased two vehicles from them as well. Def speak with Walter for your sales needs as he is the most upfront, no bs person in the building. Overall cool experience! More

Decent price, sheisty practices This is the second time I purchased a car from wiz. I noticed a few things that must be more then just ironic coincidence. 1) they never have the car ready to go when you arrive to sign work. It's always magically ready when you get out though. This is both times, and it was for a reason. It was so I did not notice shotty repair work prior to signing for car. I demanded a million times and actually came back a second day I took off from work and still nothing. They waited patiently until I could not bare the pain of taking time away from work any longer and just took car as is. 2) both times I purchased cars at wiz the salesman (different each time) was magically out of office for family emergencies....not sure how this effected me other then being unable to ask him questions about the cars status. 3) I was told twice that the car I was purchased was certified, which infers warranty and other perks from manufacturers. I can assure you it's not the case. After bringing my bmw to bmw for first oil change I inquired and they basically laughed at me and said a car is only certified when we sell it.... They make it so you sign prior to seeing the car cleaned. When you test drive cars they are dirty, alignment off, etc. They promise to repair and do bare minimal. For me, they painted back bumper, but little did I know the front end repair from previous damaged was done so horribly you cant see reflection of yourself when freshly waxed. My salesman was great second time around, but I feel like the dealership is up to shady practices. Buyer beware, I wish I just spent the extra 2,000 and bought certified preowned. More

Fernando was a great salesman, I never felt pressured but I did feel like he went the extra mile to let me take the car home same day (Friday afternoon). The service department made did a complete review of the car, replaced a couple parts to were borderline and then financing with Meir was literally the easiest and quickest process I’ve ever been through and I’ve bought a lot of cars before. I was in and out of his office in 15 minutes and was treated very well. There is a reason Wiz sells so many cars and gets great reviews, I doubt I would ever go anywhere else ever again More

Great vehicle purchase experience! I initially went to Wiz auto looking at a car I had seen online. Gabe quickly greeted me and explained vehicle had recently been sold. He explained that they had other great cars and provided his business card as I had to work. I then sent Gabe a text for another car and he quickly responded. Never pressuring me, I felt at ease. I then went in and found the car I desired. He made me feel very comfortable and within seconds I was test driving the car I liked. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of vehicles in and out. Over all he seemed relaxed but at the same time moving forward with all our needs. Transperancy and honesty describe Gabe and the Wiz auto staff. More
