Service manager is liar and the tech is a fraud. Manager said he rode along for the test drive which was false bc I was standing outside when the tech came back from the test drive. Plus the tech isn’t certified to be a mechanic at all for a normal routing alignment that had a slight pull to the right and now it has a dangerous pull to the right. I can’t even take my hands off the wheel for a second or my truck is going in the ditch. Very poor service. I will never do business here again. Plus I don’t need a company to beg me to change my rating when this is twice they have done alignments on 2 different vehicles and somehow make it worse then when it came in. More

We have bought our last 2 vehicles from Wittrock and have had good service when needed. They even help with picking up our car and do oil change/tire rotation for us,then return our car.
