Service Department for the WIN! The service department at Witt Lincoln cannot be beat. Throughout the past 6 years with my 2013 MKX, I have interacted predominantly with Luke Morgan. The service department at Witt Lincoln cannot be beat. Throughout the past 6 years with my 2013 MKX, I have interacted predominantly with Luke Morgan. I can say that hands down, there is no one better than Luke. He's thorough in his explanations and breakdown of the pricing/cost estimates. I always choose to wait for those service appointments that are less than 2 hours, and Luke does a great job at keeping me updated while I wait. However I just had my first service done on my MKX and was disappointed when i rece When we bought the car last July we had nothing but great service. However I just had my first service done on my MKX and was disappointed when i received a charge for gas on my visa. Gus was my service advisor and called me telling me it was because I had not filled the car to where it was when I got it. In fact I explained I had filled it to where it was and a little over when giving the car back. I was very surprised with this being the first experience with the service that he did not say he would take care of it. Instead I hung up a very unhappy customer. Where is the customer Service? As a follow up to the review Mr. Witt reached out to me to make me a happy customer. Thank you for taking the time to discuss my concerns and making me feel like a valuable customer. It is good to know that there are car dealers that really do care about there customers even after a sale. More
