I appreciate the service they provided when I had a tire problem. I got a nail in my tire and they removed it fairly quickly for no charge, since I had bought the tires there. A couple of days later, the tire was nearly flat again. They tested it and this time it was the valve, which they replaced. Since they wanted to do some tests on it to be sure, so it was going to take awhile, I got a free taxi ride home and back. More

Once I got there, the service department was ready and gave me an accurate estimate of when the work was going to be completed. Roxie was as usual a beaming person who makes it fun to bring my car to Witnell.The service people answered my questions and explained the work and projected next visit work to address. That is a key to my satisfaction- they make you feel like you are visiting friends, not going to a business. The work was so precise, I had only three more pages to read to finish my book. Transmission issue under warranty. Immediate service and very helpful. Mechanic did a quick check and determined the problem. Parts were ordered the same day and vehicle was scheduled within 2 days. I was thinking I needed 30,000 mile service but Roxie Davidson checked and I had already had it done so all I needed was an oil change. I had a coupon from the back of a Fred Meyer receipt that I could use so I saved $10. More
