They worked really hard to make our deal work and were professional, nice and low-key; no hard-ball pressure tactics. We left there with our trade handled, an awesome new vehicle and a great experience. Jose took almost an hour with us in the new vehicle to go over every single question we had and to make sure we understood all the electronics and operations of our new Elantra.
