Surprise Experience I titled this review in such a way because that is exactly how I feel. I purchased a vehicle from Withnell Hyundai in 2007 and swore I would never go I titled this review in such a way because that is exactly how I feel. I purchased a vehicle from Withnell Hyundai in 2007 and swore I would never go back. I told everyone I knew what creeps they were. I would not have gone to them again except I have loved all three of my previous Hyundai's and wanted to test drive a newer model Santa Fe so I could compare it to the Outback I was considering. I was skeptical at first when approached by sales rep Michael. I like to browse on my own without hearing a sales pitch the entire time (I had intentionally visited other dealerships in the area that claim not to harass you earlier that day). But I must say, I was surprised. Pleasantly. Even though I didn't want to tell him what I was looking for (because I was sure he would show me something else), I did and he showed me multiple vehicles, let me take multiple test drives and eventually found a near perfect match for me. After receiving a cost/payment estimate I informed Michael and the Finance Manager that I was hesitant to purchase without first test driving the Outback. I could tell this was painful for them but they did not harass me or try to convince me otherwise. I left the dealership, test drove a Subaru and then contacted Michael (via text message, which is awesome!) to let him know I was interested in a Tucson but required specific exterior/interior colors, options and financial terms. They were able to locate one that met most of my requirements and had it available the next day. I love my Tucson and was very impressed with all of the interactions and experiences I had at Withnell Hyundai during this purchase. More
