I tried to reach the service department from 4-6 PM today and I spoke with several different people, but never the service department. I left my name and phone number and asked about when my vehicle would be ready. Finally at 5:50 PM, when I called again, a salesman told me that the service department was closed and he could not help me. I was expecting my new car and no one bothered to contact me to advise there was a delay. I must say my first experience with this dealer following the sale has been quite disappointing. More

They were not offered to me at purchase, I was told I would have to get them later. Specifically, crossbars, rubber floor mats, tow hitch. I have found them at a lower cost, so that's a bonus, but it would have been nice to have the accessories I wanted wrapped up in the package. Steve Baty was very patient with me and did not pressure me to buy this car. Also, I was happy with the rebates and how that opened up room in my budget for increased warranty protection. More
