Difficult to deal with not customer oriented I understand that the dealer has to listen and is under the control of the insurance company however I felt that the dealer was more interested in obe I understand that the dealer has to listen and is under the control of the insurance company however I felt that the dealer was more interested in obeying the insurance dealer than they were in taking care of us. And when we asked for details the dealer seemed to feel that we were being bothersome, he snapped at us on the phone several times when asked what was the status of our car. When it became obvious that the repairs on our car were not sufficient we were led to believe that the problem was us not to repair not the leaks of oil not the leaks of the fluid but us not the car not the service but us. And they were unwilling to even discuss options on fixing the leaks we had to go to another Hyundai dealer in order to get real customer service. We will not be going back to withnell Hyundai ever we will pay the extra money to the tow truck driver to tow our car anywhere else More

As far as this survey goes, it was a great format until I was forced to leave a title and 25 word review, to submit it. I think this is a disservice to the survey as it could cost this company honest praise or criticism due to people not completing the survey because of this. I am one who really doesn't like to be forced to do things when I'm being asked to take the survey. Someone reading this might share my feelings on the matter and hopefully change the format to allow people to complete the survey with the option to not have to write. Again, completely satisfied with the purchase all the way through on the dealership end. Not happy with this part of the survey companies format at all. The reason I'm submitting this review (somewhat against my nature to do so(would normally just leave the survey and say screw it)) is that if I don't submit, how else would you know this is how some people feel? More
