My experience goes back to the Spring of 2009 when I first purchased my Dodge Challenger SRT8 from Eric. He found exactly what I wanted and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. ;-) And it didn't end there. Since then, he has been attentive and responsive to my needs as one would expect from a good friend. Just today, he came out of his office when he saw me poking around the lot, just to say "Hi" and chat up a bit. I was there to get an oil change after my summer road trip. Of course he wanted to know how the trip went. I was beaming with delight as to how well the Challenger performed in every aspect of my journey...all 6300+ miles of it. Everytime I go to Withnell for an oil change or whatever, I am always treated in a friendly and courteous manner from all of the staff, from the parts department to service. Did I mention the email service alerts and service deals they provide? I heartily recommend Withnell Dodge and especially Eric Jacobson. He will take care of you from the start and his follow through is superlative, even years later. More
I work and live in Nevada, and my wife resides in Oregon. On the last Saturday of July, I went to a Dodge dealer in Reno to look for a 2011 Charger R/T or Challenger R/T, and trade my 2008 Ram 1500. They were VERY hard sell, gave me very little for my trade, offered me VERY HIGH interest rates and demanded a heavy downpayment. I told them I would make the drive back to Salem to visit Withnell because I knew I would be treated better and knew Withnell would work hard for my deal. I was right! My wife went to Withnell alone the next day and spoke with Brian. He started searching for the right Challenger R/T for me. I drove to Salem the following week, and we met with Freddy on Saturday. We walked out of the dealership in a new Challenger R/T and managed to cut down our interest rate and payment! This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Withnell Dodge since 2006, and second vehicle we purchased from Freddy (he wasn't working the day we bought our 2010 Charger SXT, but Wayne was awesome to work with too!). Every purchase has been a good experience, and we will definitely go back. Additionally, every experience we have had with the service department has been "top-notch"! From clear coating our vehicle to providing cab rides to and from work when we drop off a vehicle for an oil change, the level of service at Withnell Dodge is impeccable! It was truly worth the drive from Reno to Salem!!! More
The first time I met Wayne, I knew if I bought a car, he would be my salesman. Wayne was friendly and more like a neighbor than a pushy salesman. He knew the kind of vehicle I was looking for and when he found it, he let me know it was available. I saw no difference in Wayne after the sale than he had before the sale. Flat out friendly. If you are in the market for a reliable salesman, give Wayne a call. He'll do you right. After my wife and I had decided to buy the vehicle we were looking at, Wayne took us over to the finance department to finish up the negotiations with Ron and we found him to be very helpful, polite, friendly, knew what he was doing, and treated us right. I have had vehicles serviced at Withnell Dodge and have had nothing but good service. My impression was that everyone we dealt with were more interested in making and keeping a customer rather than just making the sale. I have no hesitation is recommending Withnell Dodge when you find yourself in the market for a used or new vehicle. Areon Potter More
I dread buying a vehicle new or used as I hate dealing with the classic used car salesman. For example,"We can get you into this car today if the price is right." This was not the case at Withnell Dodge o with the classic used car salesman. For example,"We can get you into this car today if the price is right." These people are smart enough to know that most people have done their homework before they go out to veiw the vehicle that they have chosen. They let you see the paperwork, let you know their profit margin right up front and they don't insult you by using high pressure tactics. They did everything that they promised with the vehicle that we bought and went above and beyond what we were expecting. I would recommend Withnell Dodge to anyone that is ready to buy a new or used vehicle. More
