I went home and thought about the purchase before my final decision and again there was never any pressure from Steve. The Financial Manage was also very pleasant to work with. They never tried to sell me anything additional. Best purchase and experience I have ever had when buying a car. I would definitely work with them again as long as Steve is still there. More
9 months on recalled ignition switch I went in about 9 months ago to have the ignition switch on my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced under a recall. The ignition switch just went out. While I realize it is under warranty I would just as soon have it done right. More
Broken Promises I will have to say that we were not happy with our time there. Brent was good but the manager did not help me out at all. I was called more then once I will have to say that we were not happy with our time there. Brent was good but the manager did not help me out at all. I was called more then once and told that you guys could "pay off my car" or "wash". That did not happen. They offered $3000 less then what I owed. The manager told us that they do not honor the Kelly Blue Book price. We have done our research and we know what our car is worth. I am going to take my business some where else. Watch out when you go in there because they will tell you anything just to get you in there. They only go by auction price. So I was told. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a new Ram 1 ton with Cummins diesel from Withnell and it was the by far the worst dealership I could have purchased from. I went to trade the I bought a new Ram 1 ton with Cummins diesel from Withnell and it was the by far the worst dealership I could have purchased from. I went to trade the truck back in on a Eco diesel a year later because I had only put 4000 miles on it and just didn't need that big a truck and it got pretty low fuel mileage.. The experience was worse than the first. They get you to sit in a cubicle for a ridiculous amount time while these so called managers sit in a room with blacked out windows off the show room and strategize on how to take advantage of you. if you walk outside they send the salesman out to bring you back to the cubicle and sit for even longer. I went for it the first time but the second time it made me angry. No one wants to sit in a cubicle for over an hour while they play games. After well over an hour they sent the salesman back out to totally offend me by offering me approx. 1/3 of what I paid for the truck a year earlier with only 4000 miles on it. this was almost a $30,000 loss ! I just left at that point and went to another dealership in Portland where I was offered double what Withnell offered right off the bat and made the deal. I am amazed they are still in business. More

Problem is with the sales managers that don't care about customer loyalty at all. They only care about getting maximum profit off each vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Go somewhere that is actually happy you are there and want to buy a vehicle. More
Great Sales, Good Vehicles, but Get Your Own Mechanic Spent 20k on an used Ram. Five months later the windshield wiper linkage broke and left me stuck on I-5 in rain with no wipers. Not Withnell"s fault, Spent 20k on an used Ram. Five months later the windshield wiper linkage broke and left me stuck on I-5 in rain with no wipers. Not Withnell"s fault, but when I called service to get a new linkage, the part was $235 and minimum of 1 hour labor at about $125. I shopped around online and found same part new online for $110. That was still too much, so I called a salvage yard and got the whole linkage with wiper motor for $45, and installation was literally 3 bolts. It took me 8 minutes to swap it out. I had another issue when I bought it that was a 5 minute fix but diagnostic plus labor was over $200. If you can afford to buy brand new with warranty, do it, otherwise get your own mechanic on retainer and buy your own parts. I recognize a professional service department will install new parts, as they should, but it should not be so cost prohibitive that owners of 20,000 rigs are going to junk yards and doing their own work.
