Key Start Elimination button Bought a Ram Power Wagon from Dave Smith Auto's in Kellogg Idaho (lets just say the online quote i asked for wasn't even the correct vehicle, another Bought a Ram Power Wagon from Dave Smith Auto's in Kellogg Idaho (lets just say the online quote i asked for wasn't even the correct vehicle, another story for another time) I sent a request into Withnell Dodge for a quote to see how much it would cost to get the Key Start Elimination Button installed. I was very clear on what I was looking for. I did receive a call from them and again I reiterated what i was looking for. Got another call from Withnell saying good news we can install one for $xxx amount then they go on and say it is the REMOTE START OPTION which I already have and I made it plainly known to them. They said that they had been given the wrong information and would be getting back to me. 1 week goes by nothing back from them, frustrated I email Dave Smith Motors about the Key Start Elimination Button kit and they respond back in 3 hours with pricing. I email Withnell Dodge about where is the price for the kit i am looking for. I get a response from the online sales manager who was very apologetic and really tried to get me the information I needed, however I have not gotten the pricing I requested. I did get a phone call about 2 weeks after that from their concierge, I told them of my experience and that I was done trying to deal with Withnell. I did an ONLINE search for top rated Dodge Dealers Service and guess what Withnell was not even in the TOP 18 of the State. I will be taking my truck to anyone else but them. I hope it was an isolated event with me, because the customer is what means success for any dealership. Good luck everyone if you take your vehicle in to Withnell Dodge for service, they might be ok but for me I will be going else where. More
