Excellent Service and Price So I was in the market for a new car due to issues with my old one and did not even think of Wissler at first (God knows why). I had set up an appoin So I was in the market for a new car due to issues with my old one and did not even think of Wissler at first (God knows why). I had set up an appointment with Chapman and Faulkner, but my folks, who had recently bought a Subaru from Wissler the year previous, recommended I check them out first. I am sure glad I did. I made it not 10 feet in the door before Tyler greeted me and asked if I needed help. I gave him the brief story and asked to see sedans within a certain range; he obliged and allowed me and my wife to take our time and check out the cars we were interested in without the common salesman pushiness. He had no issue allowing multiple test drives and allowed me to come to my own decision while still offering input on what he thought from previous experiences. I ended up canceling my appointments with Chapman and Faulkner before noon that very day. Tyler worked closely with me to get all of the paperwork and financing squared away and was patient in my forgetting how everything goes (been a while since I bought a car). He ran multiple numbers without hesitation and worked to make sure I was always informed at every decision. I found the car I wanted and we went right to work. Because of the holiday, I had to return the following day to finalize everything. Tyler even remembered out of all of his customers that my wife was feeling ill when we first came in and asked about her, and that shows great care in my eyes. Finalizing paperwork was a breeze and overall I believe I spent less than 2 hours in the dealership throughout the entire process doing the bureaucracy of car buying. A big thank you to Tyler and the Wissler team for helping me quickly and affordably buy a wonderful car and being more than fair and honest with me the entire time. My only reservation is wishing for more in trade for my old vehicle, but a few hundred bucks is a pittance for the quality service I received and will receive in the future. Strongly recommend More
Genuine and honest I had brought my wife’s car in for some work to be done. There was a possibly that it could be something little or some little and big. Tyler graciously came into the dealership early on a wintry February day to cover for other sales staff. He helped me narrow my search through their large inventory of vehicles to fit my likes and budget. He provided the information needed on those I was interested in, and even arranged for a test drive later in the week of a recent SUV that was being processed. Tyler offered to answers any questions as he guided me through the decision of buying a vehicle. He carefully explained the options of extended warranties and adjusted his schedule to be available when we picked up our SUV. He quickly returned any calls regarding concerns we had.
