He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the service performed. We went out for a great test drive and he showed me all of the vehicle's features. I was sold. Yuri made the process relaxing and informative. He presented the various extended warranties and insurance packages available to me. I went with the Allstate Platinum Package, primarily for the tire and wheel protection. The new wheels and tires can be pricey. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. I also worked with Ashley Hiestand, Sales Manager, at Wissler Motors. Ashley is very smart and attentive to the details of the paperwork. It is a pleasure working with such professionals.
