The sales agent, Tyler, spiced and simplified the process as he injected humility, fun jokes, and demonstrated proper mastery of the product we drove 68 miles to buy. Yes, the car, Toyota Highlander 2017, and the advertised price online met and exceeded our expectations!! Finally the car left Wissler Motors's parking lot to our private home that same day! Honest and efficient. There was no game playing. You didn’t feel that if you didn’t play hardball you would get cheated. You were offered a product at its price. There was no game playing. Average Wissler was fine to deal with. However, the truck we purchased has a 1/4 tank of gas, I'm thinking they could have given us a full tank. We also rec Wissler was fine to deal with. We also received one key with a worn out key fob, pretty sure they could have had one made for us, instead we had to go to Batteries and Bulbs and pay $116 for one. So, no, I would say they were average. They didn't really want to bargain, they knocked off $900, which is ok, but then we spent that money for a key fob and a full tank of gas. It's sort of a nickle and dime deal. I think we got a decent price on the truck. We will take advantage of all the "free" services they offer, after that I may have a higher opinion.
