My trade in was $6,234.00 Jason never knew that the purchase depended on the trade in value. I figured on a good day, maybe $4,000 & then walk out without looking at any cars. Need I say more. Everything from that point on was great. I purchased another Jeep Compass & happy to know the dash board set up is exactly liked the 2011 plus a lot more features that I wanted. Jason was great in explaining & showing the different features. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to complete the paper work. Went over it and made sure I understood what I was signing. I have been dealing with Wissler's when they were a Chrysler Dealership & this was another great experience.. The Service Department is top notch. More

Very Satisfied My wife and I were looking for a car to replace our totaled car, and Wissler Motors was first on our list to drop by. We were introduced to Jason and we discussed our situation. We particularly appreciated the fact that Jason was forward about not wanting to put pressure on us in any way in regards to any part of the shopping/buying process. He took the time to explain things, go over the details that could easily be overlooked. He was also accessible by phone during non-store hours, which was fantastic especially when I had a question that needed answering. It was evident that Jason was there to serve us and help in any manner possible. We ended up buying a car from Wissler's and we were very satisfied with the buying experience! We're glad to have worked with Wissler Motors and we look forward to utilizing their services in the future. More

Our agent, Jason, spent a LOT of time with us answering our questions and providing all the information we needed. When we didn't make a purchase on the spot, Jason did not pressure us into reconsidering. After pondering not just the vehicle in which we were interested, but the quality of care and service we received, we decided to buy the vehicle from Wissler. We have car buying anxiety from a previous experience with another dealership that makes us both hate car buying. Even though we had told Yuri we were probably not going to purchase a vehicle for 6 months or so he walked us through the available cars and let us test drive them without making us feel we were wasting his time (other dealerships should take note). After speaking with Ashley the next day we felt comfortable enough to move ahead with a purchase. So much for 6 months! Thank you Yuri and Ashley I love my new Jeep!! More

They would not give her the $100.00 because we didn’t tell them that when we first stepped onto the lot. All I can say is I bought my Other car at Toyota and they gave my friend her 100.00 no questions asked because she gave them more business. They can make mistakes and expect us to come back and resign papers but they can’t give my friend her $100.00. So sad More

The sales team do not pressure anyone to buy and the service team look for ways to save you money when possible. The mechanics always fix the vehicle in a reasonable time and at a fair price. I appreciate the free towing that comes from being a wissler customer. And specifically for Jason- I appreciate him showing me the car that I would have totally missed on my own and ended up buying. It has everything I wanted and more. Thank you for answering my many questions and handling all the paperwork to make me the legal owner of my new to me Acura MDX. Jason is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and details of paperwork and makes himself available to all his customers. More
